My pause week is over.Tomorrow I'll start pe again and I'm glad I'm back on my pe road.I just decided to keep my routine to see what it happens.Maybe do some Ulis from time to time to see how it feels.I decided to keep a close look on the fowfers and kegels(don't miss any of them)-cause I can't miss a routine.Wish me luck.

So I messed up the count of my pe days.So I'll guess today it's day 100.A great day and a great workout.Everything is very nice and also besides pe and gym I started jogging.I have 2 days since I started jogging. I'm standing at 6ft11 and I have 193,6 pounds(88 kg's).I have fat pad but I'm not bothered of it.I think I'm going to open a thread regardind cardio execises when I'll have the time.
