I took quite a bit of time off to try to get over the plateau I was on for a almost a year. I hope the time off will at least help me get back to gaining. I really miss that feeling of accomplishment when you double check the ruler to make sure your seeing it right.

I did the newbie routine for 2 weeks just to get back in the swing of things but now Ive switched to a little more advanced routine.

    warmup 10 min
    bundle stretch 7 min
    squeezes 10 min
    edging 15-30 min

I haven't measured yet for a restarting size but I know I've lost length and probably a little girth but hopefully it will come back soon and then some.

Hey man, what was your starting size and what were your gains before you took your break? I think you'll at least gain back some of what you lost rather quickly.

I think i started at about 6"bpel and 4.5" eg. I made it up to just a hair under 7x5.25 before I got greedy and over trained and lost size which is what I believe lead to the plateau.

Why didn't you just cut down on the exercising instead of backing off completely?

I did cut for for a few months but my pi's were crap and my size never came back so I thought it was best to back off for a while.

I still haven't measured and probably won't till at least mid may. I know about what my stats were when I restarted so by then I'll be able to tell if what I'm doing is working.
If its not I'll try hanging again.

I've been increasing my time a little each week on my stretches and squeezes and all still seems to be going well. Solid eg and no turtleing so hopefully I'll see some gains when I measure sometime in the next week or 2.
Last night I did reverse kegals for the first time and today my flaccid hang has been excellent. Normal fl for me is around 3.5 to 3.75 but today its been a solid 4.5 all day. It may just be a coincidence but I'm going to continue to do rk's every other day

I took some quick measurements last night just to make sure my current routine is bringing me gains and sure enough it is. I didn't measure girth too thoroughly but girth isn't my concern right now.

                bpsfl: 6 7/8
                el: 5 3/4
                Bpel: 6 3/4
Eg: 4.5 (measured at circ scar which is roughly an inch above mid-shaft)

I believe I'm going to take out the squeezes and go back to jelqing for about a month to see if jelqing affects my gains.
My routine will be as follows:

                  Warmup- 10 min
                  Bundled stretches - 12 min
                  Jelqing - 15 min
                  edging- As long as possible

I've been keeping on my routine regularly increasing my times little by little with all pi's so I will continue to do more of the same.
I may measure in the next week or so to see if jelqs or squeezes work better for me.

                    My current routine

                    Warmup- 10 min
                    Bundled stretches - 13 min
                    Jelqing - 17 min
                    edging- As long as possible

Tomorrow will be 7 weeks since my last measurement so it seems like a good time to measure. I've had good pi's with my routine and my dick feels bigger but I will find out tomorrow

Well I took measurements yesterday and sadly I had no gains in the last 7 weeks. But, I ran across an article about dorsal thickening hindering gains on thunders the other day and sure enough it looks like that could be whats keeping me from gaining.
So I'm going to devise a routine that utilizes fulcrum stretches to put more pressure on that pesky dorsal/septum and hopefully bring me a little more length before I switch to girth.

I've doing the fulcrum stretches for a few weeks and all is going well. No negative pi's all.
One thing I have noticed is that after my stretching routine it seems like the dorsal thickening/septum has loosened up and it not as noticeable. Hopefully thats a good sign

This week I've decided to drop jelqs and switch back to squeezes with a higher erection level than before.
I find that while I'm doing my jelqs I'm getting bored so its time to do something a little different

It is good to switch things up. Good luck gaining jb357. ^_^
