    1 hour of LAS

    5 min warmup with hot cup.
    10 second hold in each direction followed by helicopter shakes
    20 rotation stertches in each direction
    3 mins jelqing at 50%ish
    6 mins pump


    Was too tired to do a better routine The 31/5/2011 will be better

        Thanks mate . LAS is 'Lazy Ass Stretch' or 'fowfers' I just think that 'Lazy Ass Stretch' is better named for it as it involves me putting my cock in my arse crack and sitting on it .             100 erect jelqs
            2 min V jelqing
            10 pump
            100 erect jelqs

            and now beginning my first 0.5 hour of a total of 1.5 hours LAS

                        I wouldn't say I have a final goal, I would love to be able to get 6x5.5 but if I reached it I think I would carry on. I have got an extender bu because my flaccid stretched girth is so small I can't keep it on long enough to get a good session in, so I'm gonna have to wait until my penis is a bit girthier when flaccid before I can use it everyday.

                            Warmup 6 minutes with a hot cup(wanted to do longer but was unsure how long I would have an empty house)

                            30sec 4 way stretches x2 followed by helicopter spins.
                            30 rotation stretches in each direction
                            30sec flaccid bends up and down x2
                            3min jelqing (30% erect)
                            2min V jelqing (30% erect)
                            4min jelqing (60% erect)
                            100 erect jelqs
                            5mins in pump (It was kinda hurting so I couldn't be arsed with doing any longer)

                              hey 1471988 just some tips from my eyes 100 erect jelqs, 10 min of pumping, and lazy ass stretches make sure you are very warmed up and conditioned to do these exercises as they are pretty advanced and exercises that have a high risk of over training and injury, I'm not trying to scare you or anything though I don't want you to get hurt and lose your gains I tryed advanced exercises and did too many reps and I have lost size so be careful and sometimes less is more

                                Just done a quick workout as privacy time was limited

                                NO Warmup
                                30 second 4 way stretches x2 followed by helicopter shakes
                                20 rotation stretches in each direction
                                5 min of jelqing started at 40% by the end I was at 100%(I think knowing that my time was limited and someone could come home any second got my blood flowing so it just wouldn't stay down

                                Hopefully I will get an opportunity later to get a better workout in.
