    I've been doing PE for about 6 months now, I'd say a pretty good 6 months when it comes to progress in length (About 1 inch). However, MY GIRTH HAS UNCHANGED!! It is pretty frustrating. Also, today my girlfriend made a SLIGHT remark about my size and well...it made me realize just how insecure I am about it STILL. So I want to make a progress log to keep MYSELF coming back to this website and start taking my PE more seriously so I can FINALLY GET THAT GIRTH!! Any tips are welcomed!!

    P.S. I haven't been able to have sex with my girlfriend since BEFORE I started PE which I was a little under 6" so hopefully next time that comes around she will have a change of mind

    My "usual" routine consisted of:
    10 min Warm Up with hot water in a cup (pulled it out and did 10 tunica tugs every minute or so)
    10: 20-30 second "squeezes" where I hold the base with an okay grip and head with an okay grip as well with the other hand and hold
    4: 20-30 second "bends" where I grip the base with an okay grip then bend up, down, right, left. I go from 1-2-3-4 fingers in the base with the same basic exercise
    4: 10 second "horse squeeze and jelq" this is the only thing I can call it. I get a 95-100% erection and hold the base with an okay grip then jelq only the shaft for 10 times then do a horse squeeze for 10 seconds. Slightly release the grip then do the process over again.
    5-10 min Warm Down with hot water again

    I do this about twice a week since I heard girth requires more rest.

    I also do Edging every two days (AT LEAST 10 mins)
    And Kegal every other day 50 times


    So hopefully I stick to this but if you see anything you'd like to add PLEASE tell me, like I said, GIRTH HERE I COME!!

    First and second day done!
    Last night after I posted this thread just did some Edging for 15mins, no ejaculation.

    And today was my rest day so hopefully I can do my exercise tomorrow

      with girth workouts i've had more success with longer warmups. i was doing 10 minute warmups, and one day i got distracted by the tv and before i knew it it was 20 minutes gone. i know it feels like you are super warm when you start, but for real a 20 minute rice sock warm up makes a world of difference. after a long warmup, my dick feels super pliable and stretchy. you need to heat it all the way through, and that takes time. i like rice sock better than water because a wet penis gets cold quicker.

      take a tube sock and bag of rice - empty rice in and tie off sock. microwave for 2-3 minutes. test the heat on the inside of your arm to see if its too hot. knead slightly to make sure there are no hot spots, then apply for 20 minutes, giving yourself a 30 second cool off every so often so as not to cook it. do a 20 minute warmdown as well.

      what i've also noticed helps quite a bit during my girth workouts - which are solely ulis and squeezes - is building intensity through the course of a workout. the first uli you do at 50% intensity, the next at 70%, 80%, 90%, etc. then work down through two sets or so. the more time you spend during girth work the more result you will see - if you can work your time per uli or squeeze up to a minute or two the you will get better results as well.

        Thanks Rockstar! About the rice sock, I'm going to have to stick with just hot water since I live with my parents and I'm sure they'll ask why I'm heating up a sock in the microwave lol
        but I'll definately take your advice when it comes to the warm up and warm down! Have you seen good (or maybe quick) results with YOUR girth workout??

          Are you happy with your legnth? I'm a kip more than your starting stats, I'm hoping 7 will make me content, but of course I'll want more once I reach 7,

            Miami: Well I think I have a right to say this since we were both at the same starting size, but I'm a lot more happier with my length than when I started! I always wondered whether I was happy with MY NEW LENGTH or with the fact that I GREW. You know what I mean?

              I know exactly what you mean, I can not wait to crack 7 inches, I'm also working on my weight because to difference between my nbpel and bpel is too much, I want it to be like yours around .25 difference. What is your body type? Even if my girth were to stay the same I would have a feeling of real accomplishment. I new man! If you are happy I'm sure I will be, I'm just a little more than .5 inches away from 7 but I guess losing more weight will make my penis look bigger, the fat pad almost takes away an inch

                when i really started a focused girth routine and had the kinks worked out, got used to the exercises and learned how hard i could push myself, i started putting in a 2 hour workout like 2-3 times a week. i didn't notice gains over the first two or three weeks, then over the course of about 3-4 weeks i noticed about a half inch gain in girth - very quickly. after gains came a bit slower about another quarter inch in the next 2-3 months.

                could you do an electric heating pad? if its too warms by itself wrap with a towel first. dry heat is better.

                  yes a healthy diet and lifestyle is VERY important when it comes to PE, I'VE EXPERIENCED THIS! and with time and dedication, you can and WILL accomplish your goals!

                    So today I decided to change up my routine (already i know lol) but I don't think it really matters since I hadn't even started the other one yet when it comes to updating a log for it and all that

                    But my new routine is:
                    15-20 min warm up with hot water (thanks Rockstar for the longer warm up tip)
                    5-10min regular jelqs
                    5 SUPRA SLAMMERS (I'll increase 5 more to my routine every week or two) I'll try and post a link sometime soon about what these are but for it being my first time trying them, I LOVE THEM!!
                    8-10min warm down

                    this is the routine that I did today and will do every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
                    Wish my luck!!

                    P.S. Anyone have any experience with the super slammers? From what I've read they're GREAT!

                      i think its probably worth it to add some heat between sets as well. heat breaks down connective tissue gently and allows it to stretch past its normal limits. heat heat heat whenever you have a rest in your workout. before during and after is the key. good luck, you sound like you're set up for success.

                        Thanks! and yes usually during my exercises whether I'm changing to a different exercise or I'm trying to "wait off" an erection to lower EQ, I usually keep my penis heated at all times

                          Today was my rest day, felt pretty good hang throughout the day, must say it was probably due to the supra slammers I did yesterday!!
                          Hopefully this stays consistent!!
                          Also woke up with amazing morning wood
                          However, this is one of the signs that many people had before it all went downhill while trying supra slammers, lets hope its not the same for me!

                            Alright had another successful routine today!

                            15Min Warm up with hot water
                            10Min alternating Regular Wet Jelq and V-Jelqs
                            5 Supra Slammers
                            10Min Cool Down

                            Man, with those supra slammers I almost came in the FIRST one! Luckily I was able to go through it all without ejaculating. I'm thinking of increasing the number of supra slammers I do by 2 every week? (My week consists of 3 workout days)
                            Any suggestions or comments about this??

                            Also, since the supra slammers already are pretty heavy on kegals, I wasn't sure if I should still kegal outside of the exercise

                              So today was another workout day
                              Unfortunately I couldn't get much privacy so I had to do my routine during a hot shower. It was still an okay workout though
                              did 5 supra slammers so hopefully I'm going at a good pace!
