I've been doing PE for about 6 months now, I'd say a pretty good 6 months when it comes to progress in length (About 1 inch). However, MY GIRTH HAS UNCHANGED!! It is pretty frustrating. Also, today my girlfriend made a SLIGHT remark about my size and well...it made me realize just how insecure I am about it STILL. So I want to make a progress log to keep MYSELF coming back to this website and start taking my PE more seriously so I can FINALLY GET THAT GIRTH!! Any tips are welcomed!! 
P.S. I haven't been able to have sex with my girlfriend since BEFORE I started PE which I was a little under 6" so hopefully next time that comes around she will have a change of mind
My "usual" routine consisted of:
10 min Warm Up with hot water in a cup (pulled it out and did 10 tunica tugs every minute or so)
10: 20-30 second "squeezes" where I hold the base with an okay grip and head with an okay grip as well with the other hand and hold
4: 20-30 second "bends" where I grip the base with an okay grip then bend up, down, right, left. I go from 1-2-3-4 fingers in the base with the same basic exercise
4: 10 second "horse squeeze and jelq" this is the only thing I can call it. I get a 95-100% erection and hold the base with an okay grip then jelq only the shaft for 10 times then do a horse squeeze for 10 seconds. Slightly release the grip then do the process over again.
5-10 min Warm Down with hot water again
I do this about twice a week since I heard girth requires more rest.
I also do Edging every two days (AT LEAST 10 mins)
And Kegal every other day 50 times
So hopefully I stick to this but if you see anything you'd like to add PLEASE tell me, like I said, GIRTH HERE I COME!!
