    Today and yesterday were my rest days. Before, I had thought about having one day on one day off routine but then decided I would do that and by the third on day I would take TWO days off. Don't want to rush things. I'll do my supra slammers tomorrow

      That one guy...

      first of all, that is a fantastic length gain....its hard for me to believe that your routine...which seems very gentle...produced an inch of length in 6 months. WOW!

      Anyway....

      ..and you most certainly do not have a small penis, but a normal penis in the past and now you are bordering on low end of large.

      What "remark" did your GF make?

      Why have you not had sex for SIX months?? Since before Jan 10th? Something is up. I assume that you are apart geographically for some reason. Then why the hell is she talking about your size???

      I assume you brought it up since you are doing PE and penis is on your mind?

      Ive done a ton of reading on all these sites.....BIB, Thunders Place, PE Gym, and Big Penis Support Group...and I have the sense that the most effective girth exercise by far is Uli...when I get there I will be using the Uli thing...device...as I would not want to try to hold my penis with my hand for 10 minutes straight.

      Search for Uli thing...and you can get instructions on how to build it.

      The other consensus seems to be that you should hold off on heavy girth work until you are happy with your length or done with your length work. That is a theory anyway..and big girth guys seem t have more trouble gaining length apparently.

      So Im doing weights for length...currently almost 7' BPFLS (at the top but on the side..) more like 6.5 at the top..due to the large suspensory ligament pushing the ruler out.......but more like somewhere in the 5.5 to 6.5 range non bone pressed flacid...I think NBP is a poor measurement as its very inconsistent.

      I think I gained about 0.5 inches in the BPFSL i the first 4-5 weeks of weight hanging...newbie gains. Have not compared girth which is same as you 5 MSEG...but since the hanger causes some swelling at this early period of hanging not sure how useful it would be...girth is larger for sure...but how much is real and how much is swelling Im not sure yet.

      AND by the way...Im thin! So loosing weight is no guarantee of a small difference between the two....

      If you are away from your GF for 6 months due to military or work or something then that is tough...if there is some other reason...well 6 months is a long time....why no sex for so long??

        Well the routine that I posted in this thread is NOT the one I started with. I started off with a different BEGINNER exercise that was just as light as this one though. I'm not quite sure what it was but I know I found it in this website. But I think most of my length gains were due to my kegaling and getting a better EQ!
        The fact that you're losing weight (getting in better shape) DOES affect your overall size! I've learned that a healthy lifestyle is more important than even PE itself!
        And about the girlfriend comment, you're half right. Not in the military, but her parents are super strict and we never really get any alone time. I don't mind though (as odd as it may sound) but sex isn't my number 1 priority in a relationship (and yes I'M A GUY lol)

          Second week into my supra slammers is ON!
          Did my routine this morning
          'the usual'
          20 min warm up
          10 min alternating between jelqs and v jelqs (I'll count them next time)
          6 Supra slammers (moved up only 1 from previous week, don't want any injuries)
          5 min warm down

          So far no pain, or loss of erections throughout the day or any of other people's signs of injury so hopefully, even though I'm going slower than most, I'll still see results!

            Alright another day of my routine
            Did 6 supra slammers today as well

            Just one thing, I masturbated and came twice yesterday (a rest day) but hopefully it doesn't affect my gains!
            Any thoughts?

              Well I've been pretty busy the past couple of days so haven't been able to do my workout :/
              Today since I didn't find the time to do an actual supra slammers routine (warm up, jelqs, supra slammers, warm down) I decided that I would just edge for at least 15 minutes
              I did. No ejaculation. It's not as good as the supra slammers but I didn't want to do supra slammers without the proper warmup and all of that but at least I'm still "working it out" somehow. I'll resume my regular routine hopefully this Friday

                Week 3!
                Alright so today I did my routine
                10Min Warm up
                3 10reps alternating between jelqs and v-jelqs (do 10 jelqs then do 10 v jelqs and so on 3 times each)
                7 Supra slammers (almost came somewhere in the middle but I managed to hold it in )
                hot shower warm down

                Feels great! feels as if my girth is increasing or at least I'm lower shaft girth is

                    Definitely, low body fat (health foods with no fast food or MSG's) also kegels to keep the Pelvic muscles strong. I have heard the Uli's for girth gains on a well heated groin area works best but 5 in girth is still not bad.

                        So...today was my second day of my third week
                        Unfortunately, I literally had ZERO privacy or time today but I still managed to squeeze in a little supra slammers workout in today

                        hot shower for warm up
                        no jelqs or v jelqs before supra slammers :/
                        7 supra slammers (unfortunately I came on the very last one :/ )

                        Wasn't exactly my best supra slammers workout but hopefully I'll recover from that in my next one!

                          Use the rice sock for a heating pad, it stays warm for a long time. I find I have to wrap in it a bandana after letting it cool off a little. Even then I need to rotate it or else it still gets to hot.

                              Alright another mildly successful day of supra slammers
                              I warmed up in the shower with a hot shower
                              BUT didn't do the alternating jelqs and v-jelqs YET AGAIN..
                              kinda disappointed in that
                              after the shower I did
                              7 supra slammers. No cumming.

                              Also, I'd like to point out that one rep (ballooning, reach PONR, hold base, etc, etc,.....10second head hold) takes me about 2-3 minutes
                              Not quite sure if that's an "okay" time but that's what it has been RECENTLY
                              I'll also point out that I say "recently" because at first it was at around 1:30-2 minutes per rep, so I'm not sure if that's a good thing or it just depends on how into it I am or what? Anyone got any suggestions?

                                Week 4!
                                Started off very well:
                                20min warm up
                                3 sets of 10 alternating jelqs and v-jelqs
                                was going for 8 supra slammers but I came after the 4th one :/
                                then I just warmed down for about 5mins

                                I was thinking about continuing anyway but in the main article of supra slammers it says that if you cum during the exercise to just stop completely and try again another day. So hopefully it'll go better next time

                                One thing I did notice was that this week I didn't masturbate/ejaculate AT ALL (since the whole hinder gains argument) but it's the day that I came during the exercise. Probably was more sensitive due to the fact I hadn't masturbated all week so I'm considering changing one of the days of my routine to AT LEAST 15mins edging with ejaculation. Any thoughts on this??
