    Right,

I'm going to give this a go for the next few months and not wander off with some other form of routine. I'm doing this because I feel it could work for me and you don't get anything out of not trying! So my routine will be:

    1) 10 minute warm up with rice sock

    2) 5 minutes of basic stretches to include:
    - 1 Set of 5-Way LOT stretches - 60 second stretches
    - 10 Circle stretches both left and right (20 total)
    - 10 Helicopter shakes

    3) 80 wet jelqs.

    4) 20 v-jelqs

    5) 5-10 minutes of edging

    6) 2 minutes cool down with a cold wash cloth

Each week I'm going to increase my jelq reps by 40 and my stretch time by 10 seconds.

This will be done on a 5 day on, 2 day off routine starting from Saturday 14th March 2009. I'll measure tomorrow and work at this for the next three months, measuring every two weeks and keep a close eye on my stats.

I think recently I've tried to chop and change too much, but I just need to settle down and focus on this steady but progressive routine. I will of course be watching my PI's closely (all of which so far have been absolutely fantastic).

This routine also corresponds nicely to my new supplement, Tongkat Ali, which I'll start taking today.

I'm very excited about this and am positive that it's going to work for me!!

      Measurements taken 14th March 2009:

      BPEL - 6.2
      NBPEL - 6.0
      EGB - 6.1
      EBM - 5.6
      EGG - 5.25

Showing slight increases, but increases nonetheless

Next measurement will be taken in two weeks time on the 28th March.

I feel 100% confident that I can raise the bar now, but I am going to be VERY sensible and take my time. No point rushing but I must be progressive. I really do feel as if I'm hitting the growth zone now! 120 wet jelqs completed today as last week I was at 80. I'm going to see how I get on with this and watch my PI's very closely!

I've decided to increase my jelqs by 20 a week rather than 40. The way I see it, PE is not a race, it's a marathon and I think the slower progressive route will work for me better.

I am also going to start doing 30 V-Jelqs instead of 20 at the end of my session as I've been doing this the last couple of days and it seems to really plump me well after I've finished.

I didn't PE over the weekend as I had a sports tournament on that I had to go to. Anyway, I have to say that morning wood has been absent most days since I started my new routine, so I think I'm going to go back to basics.

So I'm not going to count my reps now, but I'm going back to time. Instead of 120 reps, I'm going to do 10 minutes of wet jelqing with 5 second strokes.

I did gain doing this and had great PI's, so hopefully this will get me back on track. I think I just need to keep things simple!

The rest of my routine will be the same though as the jelqs are the only part I changed. I feel foolish for doing so, but hey, we live and learn don't we!

On a positive note, the couple of days off that I've had have made me feel a lot better. I've got a nice flaccid hang now, so I'm positive this little break has helped me

Had a good workout session last night.

            - 10 minutes warm up
            - 120 wet jelqs
            - 2 lots of 5 way stretches, holding for a minute each stretch
            - 30 V-Jelqs.
            - Some bed fowfers (as I was in bed at the time).

I woke up this morning with great morning wood again. I'm also taking Tongkat Ali which seems to be helping me produce more volume when I ejaculate, plus I seem to be a lot more horny haha. Apart from that I'm going to add in a few more items to my supplements - Korean Ginseng and Bilberry. From reading Kingpoles posts these seem to be good supplements to try out.

My flaccid hang was really good this morning and I'm feeling more positive about my PE now. The past week I've been training on and off and I think it's because I started to show a few negative PI's. The thing I did notice though is that a good two consecutive days off really did help me recover. After this two day period off, my dick felt a lot more elastic and pliable when I hit my next session.

I also like the idea of mixing up my stretches a bit more as well. Some days I'll do a double amount of stretching and some I'll just do 1 lot of stretches. I think the idea about keeping your dick guessing is a good thing

Ok as from tomorrow I'm going to step it up again slightly and watch my PI's.

So apart from the obvious kegels etc, I'm going to do:

              Starting 28th March 2009

              - 10/15 minute warm-up.

              - 2 lots of 5 way stretches holding for one minute. I'm going to finish each stretch with a 10 circle left and 10 circle right move (as in JonPop's 90 day routine).

              - Helicopter shakes after each circle movement above.

              - 140 wet jelqs

              - 40 V-Jelqs.

              - Warm-down.

I'll let you know how it goes. I also won't be measuring now for a month. I'm really going to stick with this and resist the temptation to measure as I think seeing bigger gains with measuring at bigger gaps will be more positive for me

So next measurement is on the 25th April

Your strategy reminds me of P90X's "Muscle Confusion" Theory. My brother is doing P90X. You've been seeing some gains so it seems to work for you. Remember not to change up the routine to much so that they are cemented. I lost .15" in length because I stopped PE for 8 months.

I've checked your log and haven't seen anything that mentions you doing kegels or pyramid kegels. Which do you do? I've been doing pyramid kegels for 3 weeks now.

                  Hi Figmint,

Thanks for posting in my progress log

Regarding my kegels, yes I'm terrible for not noting them down, but I do them every day when I work out and rest when I don't work out. I have a 30 minute train journey to work in the morning and the same coming home, so this is perfect time to shut my eyes and do my kegels. I also do a piss-pulls and plumping throughout the day when I can, so I'm sure that helps as well

With regards to my routine above, I've been having great PI's recently with it. I'm going to continue with this until this Saturday (4th April) and then I'll add another 20 wet jelqs, but leave the rest the same.

I'm being very sensible though and watching my PI's closely. As soon as I get a negative or neutral PI, I'll hold off and go back to the number of jelqs that I know work for me. You're right though and I am trying to "confuse" my dick by constantly changing the game, but in a safe progressive manner

Having read through JonPop's 90 day routine, I think I might encorporate my Jelq Device for maybe 1-2 sessions a week when I have extended time to PE.

Mixing up like this rather than using it in every session, should help me "shock" my dick to grow (obviously in a good way ).

So I'm going to use a lot of lube on the rollers and after I've completed my Jelqing and "V" Jelq portion, before warm down, I'm going to use the JD to do 50, slow, quality Jelqs at about 60-70% erection. Stopping at the glans and holding (with a nice, easy pull) for 5 seconds before starting another rep. 1 slide up the penis counts as 1 rep.

                    Routine will be:

                    - 10/15 minute warm-up.

                    Stretching:
                    - 2 x 5 way stretches holding for one minute. I'm going to finish each stretch with a 10 circle left and 10 circle right move and a helicopter shake (as in JonPop's 90 day routine).

                    Jelqing:
                    - 140 wet jelqs (adding 20 jelqs a week) - one hand sliding counts as one rep.
                    - 40 V-Jelqs.
                    - One to two times a week - 50 slow stretch jelqs with the Jelq Device.

                    - Warm-down.

                    - Every work out day: Piss-pulls when I go to the bathroom, kegels and JAI stretches.

This week I'll also be adding Korean Red Ginseng, Bilberry and AAKG to my supplements. The AAKG will replace my arginine as the bottle is almost finished

                      No problem ReetB,

I view almost every progress log. But I only reply to a few.

I think you may be onto something with your PE90X plan. I'll keep an eye on your progress and see where you're at. I'm thinking it's gonna work out very well.

By the way, thank you for the pyramid kegel. That kicks so much ass. 12 sec per rep heh.

                        Thanks FigMint

Yeah I think I might be onto something as well. The whole process of "mixing it up" keeps the body on it's toes and never allows it to become accustomed to a certain exercise

I had a great workout session last night in fact. As I said in a previous entry, I'm going to bring in my Jelq Device now a couple of days a week, just for variety. On JD days, I only do one set of stretches opposed to two lots. This also mixes up my stretch routine and should again keep my body on it's toes.

Anyway, I did everything as above but with one set of stretches, then my wet jelqs / v jelqs and finished with my Jelq Device.

Wow, what a pump I ended up with! The Jelq Device really seemed to hit the underside of my shaft well and I got a great bulge moving up. I definitely wouldn't use it every day but using it maybe 2 workouts of 5, it's hits new areas that my regular jelqs have not been doing as much.

Anyway, I finished by bringing myself to 100% levels and man did it look meaty haha! I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror as I walked to the bathroom and it looked huge. Veiny and bulging!! Great stuff!

So I'll continue on this program and see where it takes me I'm still not going to measure until the end of April as I'm hoping that by doing so, I can focus on a quality workout rather than worrying about measuring too much.

I'm confident my gains will come, it's just a matter of time
Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

Haha sorry my avatar scares you Gator....perhaps I'll change him

Anyway, I'm on a two days rest now and will start my next workout on Saturday. I have to say that my body feels as if it could do with a rest, so I would have had a couple of days off anyway.

I've also bought some new supplements today to add to my routine. These are:

                            - High strength Bilberry (5000mg per tab)
                            - Red Korean Ginseng (1200mg per tab)
                            - Horny Goat weed
                            - AAKG

I plan to start using the AAKG when I start back up on Saturday as I've been taking arginine in tablet form for a while now and would like to test something else out. I've still got about half a bottle left of arginine so I'll save that until the AAKG is used up.

I'm also into my third week of using Tongkat Ali. I managed to find a good UK distributor, so I thought I'd give it a go. I have to say that it's pretty good stuff and I have found that I get more horny more of the time, however that's about it. Anyway, a natural increase in my testosterone can't be a bad thing for PE. I do feel as if I'm cum loads are bigger as well

Regarding my routine, I think I'm going to also introduce some edging at the end of my sessions. I've read quite a number of reports now that suggest edging / ballooning really does a lot to increase your size.

I have just one problem with edging now though and its this. When I first started PE, I got hard very quickly. Doing PE for me was very erotic and my brain thought I wanted to play. Anyway, after a few months of working out, I've found that my PE feels more like a workout now rather than erotic. The problem I have is that after a good PE session, although I'm nice and plump, I can't seem to get a 100% erection level. It's almost as if my brain is switched on to PE mode and not erotic mode.

Does anyone else have this problem?
Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

Well PE Gym, I need some motivation Not sure what it is recently, but I've got it into my head that this stuff doesn't work for me. I know it's stupid, but I feel if I've hit a bit of a wall. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much too soon?

Anyway, had a couple of good work outs over the weekend. Saturday I had a great workout, which consisted of the following:

                                - 15 minute warm up with rice sock.

                                - 2 sets of 5 way stretches holding each stretch for one minute.

                                - After each stretch, 10 circle stretches to the left and 10 to the right.

                                - After each circle stretch, 10 helicopter shakes.

                                - 140 wet jelqs at 4-5 second strokes (one hand counting as a rep).

                                - 30 V-Jelqs (one hand counting as a rep).

                                - 100 slow jelqs using my Jelq Device.

                                - 2 hours of edging, allowing my erection to subside around five times and then getting back hard again. The idea being that I wanted to introduce fresh blood into my dick.

Now this routine above was a shock routine as I've been taking things lightly recently and I have to say that when edging, I had the hardest ever erection. It was almost throbbing in size. A good sign I think.

On Sunday I did a lighter routine as I was feeling slightly fatigued.

                                - 10 minutes warm up with a rice sock.

                                - Two sets of 5 way stretches but only holding each stretch for 30 secs this time.

                                - 10 minutes of wet jelqing

                                - 30 V-Jelqs

                                - 50 slow jelqs with my Jelq Device.

                                - 30 minutes of edging.

I have to say that the jelq device is great for me as it really hits the underside of my dick. You can feel a huge bulge being moved up slowly and gently. In this respect, I feel it hits my girth much more effectively than my normal manual wet jelqs.

I've switched back to counting my jelqs by time rather than reps as I feel I can get more quality in this way, rather than worrying about a certain number. With the introduction of my Jelq Device into some of my workout sessions, I think this really had added something as well.

However like I say, I do feel as if things are moving slowly for me. I did measure on Saturday (which I wasn't going to do) and I showed little improvement from my last measurement. I need to double check when I last measured though because I probably didn't do it long ago.

Anyway, words of encouragement would be welcomed
Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!
