Right,
I'm going to give this a go for the next few months and not wander off with some other form of routine. I'm doing this because I feel it could work for me and you don't get anything out of not trying! So my routine will be:
1) 10 minute warm up with rice sock
2) 5 minutes of basic stretches to include:
- 1 Set of 5-Way LOT stretches - 60 second stretches
- 10 Circle stretches both left and right (20 total)
- 10 Helicopter shakes
3) 80 wet jelqs.
4) 20 v-jelqs
5) 5-10 minutes of edging
6) 2 minutes cool down with a cold wash cloth
Each week I'm going to increase my jelq reps by 40 and my stretch time by 10 seconds.
This will be done on a 5 day on, 2 day off routine starting from Saturday 14th March 2009. I'll measure tomorrow and work at this for the next three months, measuring every two weeks and keep a close eye on my stats.
I think recently I've tried to chop and change too much, but I just need to settle down and focus on this steady but progressive routine. I will of course be watching my PI's closely (all of which so far have been absolutely fantastic).
This routine also corresponds nicely to my new supplement, Tongkat Ali, which I'll start taking today.
I'm very excited about this and am positive that it's going to work for me!!

Not sure what it is recently, but I've got it into my head that this stuff doesn't work for me. I know it's stupid, but I feel if I've hit a bit of a wall. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much too soon?
