    Measured BPEL and it is easily at 7.25". Continuing to hang BTC with 8.75lbs. This is starting to get easier, but can still feel the fatigue. Continue to jelq, but probably only about 30 min, 2 days on and 1 off, and continue to edge daily.
    Start (04/25/2011): 6.875"BPEL x ~5.375" MSEG
    Current (2/27/121): 7.625" BPEL (+.75) x -5.875" MSEG (+.5)

      Still continue to hang daily and jelq 2 on 1 off. It appears that I may be gaining again. I am starting to hit the 7.375" mark. Once this gain is cemented then I will claim the length. This is at only a little over 4 months, and I am coming up on 1/2" of gains. This seems inline for other people that have worked hard for gains. 1/2 inch in 6 months and hopefully 1 inch in one year.

      My dick is starting to look pretty impressive. In watching porn recently, it is fair to say that I am as large as most guys. Not huge, but large. It is not inaccurate for me to say that I now have a big dick , that's cool!

      It isn't in the huge category yet. At what size would you think I could claim having a huge dick?

        I have continued to hang daily and jelq, but several days ago I signed up with Big Al for his coaching. He is going to put together a plan which involves more rest day. I am absolutely terrible at taking a day off, but now if my coach says to do it, I will.

        I look forward to working his plan, the best part is that it looks like it will be less than 1/2 of my current work out hours. If I can get gains with less effort, I am all for that! Plus time is money. I put in about 2 hours a day towards PE, which is alot.

          DAY 1 or Day 144 of entire time.
          Got my new plan from Big Al. Today I:
          Warmed up, 10 min
          Hung with 3 x 20 min sessions at 11.25lbs
          Squeezes - 50 x 5 second holds
          Kegels - 50 x 5 second holds
          Start & Stop - 30 minutes

          I went up immediately up in weight from 10lbs, because it was suggested that 3 x 20 min was the max, and I can quite easily do 4 sets. Plus I took yesterday off, and even 11.25lbs seemed easy at first. So I will probably go to 12.5lbs in several days. to keep stress up and time down.
          The squeezes were quite intense. You can generate a lot of vein popping blood pressure. I got a little bit of speckling with small blood vessels bursting, like little pin heads of red color. I will probably get used to this exercise.
          The kegels were actually pretty hard. It is not easy to isolate the pulvic floor muscle. I did 50 x 5 seconds, but wasn't always able to hold the 5 seconds.
          The start and stop went fine. & Tomorrow I get to take off Woo hoo!

            Day 3 (Day 2 was rest)
            forgot to warm up. did 2 x 20 min sessions at 11.25 lbs
            Warmed up and increases weight to 12.5 lbs for last 20 minute session
            Squeezes - 50 x 5 second holds
            Kegels - 50 x 5 second holds
            Start & Stop - 15 minutes

            I will probably have to increase the weight again in a couple of days, as I can still do 20 min at 12.5 lbs, but will increase weight incrementally. The squeezes produced a little spotting (small little bursted blue vessels) again. And while I say that I am trying to do the 50 Kegels at 5 seconds a piece, these are hard to do and hold for the full 5 seconds.

            Strategy: It seems like Big Al has me doing a slightly more intense work out, yet taking more time off. I think this makes sense, as this is what a body builder would do to gain size, less reps, more weight. I was more intense with the time hanging, but he is leading me towards less time and more weight. The squeezes are also more intense than the jelqing I had been doing. Plus the kegels are an exercise that I had avoided.

              Day 5 (Mon), tues is rest, and wed will need to be a rest day as well.
              3 x 20 min sessions at 12.5lbs (forgot to warm up until 3rd session)
              Squeezes - 50 x 5 second holds
              Kegels - 50 x 5 second holds
              Start & Stop - 10 minutes
              12.5 lbs is a little intense, but I can still get 3 sessions done. So I will be looking towards an increase soon. The squeezes are still producing a little spotting from bursted blood vessels. Kegels - while I say that I am doing 50 at 5 seconds, this is still hard. Holding for a sold 5 seconds is not easy. Start and stop was only maintained for about 10 minutes, as the erect kegels seemed to blend into the Start & Stop routine.

                Day 8 & 9 (Thurs & Fri) - Day 6 & 7 rest

                I am now going to split my morning session and evening sessions.
                Mornings will be Squeezes and Kegels. Evening with be hanging finished with Start and Stops.

                Thurs - Hung 3 x 20 min sessions at 12.5lbs. Will need to up weight soon.
                Friday - Squeezes 50 x 5 second holds, and Kegels 50 x 5 second holds. The kegels are getting a little easier
                Hanging - 20 min at 12.5lbs, 20 min at 13.75lbs & 20 min at 13.75lbs. Start & Stop 20 min.

                  Day 10 (Sat) - Just posted that I have now officially gained 1/2 inch total ! Whoo Hooo

                        Morning - Squeezes - 75 x 5 sec holds > Erect Kegels - 50 x 5 sec holds.
                        Evening - Warm up > Hung for 20 min, 20 min and 13 min at 13.75lbs. didn't have chance to Start & Stop. 13.75lbs is quite intense

                              Afternoon - Squeezes 10 x 5 second holds > Erect Kegels 80 x 5 sec holds
                              The squeezes are no longer producing a spotting, even after I applied a lot of pressure.
                              Evening - Warm Up > Hanging - 20 min, 15 min, 15 min at 13.75lbs. The weight is pretty intense.
