    Day 67 - 75 (Mon - Tues) - Vacation - NO PE, just a happy little tug now and then.
    Day 76 (Wed) - Back to work. Squeezes 80 x 5 second holds. I am going to take it a little easier on the squeezes because doing the massive 150 does cause a little fluid buildup / retention which causes skin to bunch up at my head during hanging.
    Hang morning 2 x 20 min SD at 16.25lbs, Warm up > Hang evening 2 x 20 min BTC at 16.25lbgs
    Day 77 (Thurs) - Morn Hang 2 x 20 min SD at 16.25lbs, Evening Hang 2 x 20 min SD at 16.25lbs.

    Addition to the routine:
    I am making hanging device to use in bed with my Bib Starter. Basically a wire that I can put on my foot to use my foot to pull straight down. This way I can hang in bed in the morning and in the evening when I am reading. The exact weight / tension will not be measurable, but I have a pretty good idea of what strain I put my penis under, and this will help me log the hanging hours I think I need.

      Day 78 (Fri) - Squeezes 80 x 5 sec holds. Didn't get in my hanging.
      Day 79 (Sat) - 2 hrs with light tension SD hanging with my new foot hanger
      Day 80 (Sun) - 4 x 20 minute hanging BTC
      Day 81 (Mon) - Nothing
      Day 82 (Tues) - Nothing
      Day 83 (Wed) - 50 Squeezes
      Day 84 (Thurs) - Nothing
      Day 85 (Fri) - Squeezes 50 x 5 sec holds. Hang morn 2 x 20 min SD @ 16.25lbs.
      I haven't had the dedictation to the process lately. However, I am still trying to get in some basics. I think I can still acheive gains, maybe just not as quickly.

        Day 86 (Sat) - Hanging 3 x 40 min with new custom made foot hanger and bib starter.

        Foot hanger - This thing is reall handy. I can hang straight down while laying in bed. I just attached the cable to my bib starter and to my foot. I am clearly using less tension than if I were to hang with 16.25lbs like I hang with weights, but being able to use variable tension, applied by my foot, allows me to hang longer. I can release the lower the tension, and this allows blood to flow again, so I am not restricted to the 20 min hanging limit.

        At first I tried it without using the theraband for a wrap. This wasn't as good. But now I wrapped with the theraband, as I do when I normally hang, and it is great.

        While the weight is less, I do think this will still produce gains. Time will tell.

        Day 87 (Sun) - Hang - Morning Foot Hanger 40 min, jelq lightly when done. Hang evening BTC 2 x 20 min at 16.25lbs, finish up with 45 mins of jelqing, squeezes and erect kegels.

        Length Milestone - It looks like I am closing in on 7.75" BPFSL, from 7.625 inches, up 1/8". I can't quite say I am there yet, but closing. I checked when I claimed the last milestone 7.625" and this was on 10/3, a little over 60 days ago. So it looks like I am gaining about 1/8" every 3 months. If this is the case then this will be an additional 1/2" in one year. Not great gains, but solid. Most importantly, is it looks like I am still gaining. The speed is not so important.

        Day 88 (Mon) - Hang - Morning foot hanger 2 x 40 min. Light jelq and sqeeze - 45 mins. Foot hang afternoon 2 x 40 mins
        Day 89 (Tues) - Hang - Afternoon 2 x 20 min. at 16.25lbs, Hang - Evening 2 x 20 min at 17.5lbs. New Weight

        Milestone: New BPFSL of 7.75" - Yahoo!

        Day 90 (training with Big Al) + 143 days of existing schedule = 233
        (Wed) - Hang - morning foot hanger 2 x 40 min. Light jelq and squeezes 15 min. Noon - Hang SD 1 x 20 min at 17.5lbs, Hang evening 1 x 40 min foot hanger. Now this was a pretty intense day, a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes hanging. That is a lot.

            Very nice looking log Captain, Bet you are likeing the bib starter, how much more weight do you think you can get on it before it requires an upgrade?

              BigO, I am currently at 17.5lbs. Which is a lot. Hard to say what the max will be, but I am not close to it yet with the Bib Starter. It is more a function of how I wrap that is more important.

              As for your previous post regarding investigating all of the hangers and their progress. I think I am more in the camp of every day as the best way to produce results for hanging. The next 3 months should confirm this theory.

                Day 235 (Fri) - Morning - Hang 2 x 30 min foot hanger, light jelq, squeeze and kegel 20 min.
                Afternoon - Hang 2 x 20 min SD at 17.5lbs. Night Hang 2 x 30 min foot hanger

                Day 236 (Sat) - Hang 5 x 30 min foot hanger.

                This morning I measured. I am still maxing out at 5.75" girth. But my length is cresting up to 7.5 from 7.375", which is a reflection of my 1/8" gain in BPFSL from 7.625 to 7.75. I did notice that it took a while to get to the max length. I am not going to claim 7.5 just yet, but it is nice to see that the BPFSL is translating into an equal increase in BPEL.

                I have decided to work on length primarily through hanging. My long term goal will be BPFSL of 9". While my BPFSL is usually around 1/4 - 3/8" greater than my BPEL, my guess is that there will be a little larger difference between the two as I head to 9". So BPFSL of 9" will likely yeild BPEL of 8.25 - 8.5". Which is my perfect long term goal. I am hoping to acheve this within 1 year. However, in the thread Biggest Gainers, I noticed that 2 inches in gains, took people an average of 2.5 years to acheive, so maybe it will be more than one year.

                Day 237 (Sun) - Morning - Hang 2 x 30min Foot hanger, finish with jelq, squeeze, and erect kegel 20 min
                Evening - Hang 2 x 20min at 17.5lbs. Night - Hang 2 x 30 min foot hanger.

                  Day 239 (Tues) - Day 254 (Wed) - Back from vacation in Italy. No PE on vacation. But now I am back to work! It is good to be back at the effort.

                  Day 255 (Thurs) - Got back late, but still got in a quick 10 min foot hang and 10 min of light jelqing just to get back in the groove.
                  Day 256 (Fri) - Afternoon - Hang 3 x 30 min, 1 x 20 min at 17.5lbs, even - 20 minutes squeezes and jelqing
                  Day 257 (Sat) - Morning - Hang total of 60 min with foot hanger, Afternoon - Light jelqing and squeezes
                  Day 258 (Sun) - Morning - Hang total of 60 min with foot hanger, light jelqing and squeezed in the afternoon.
                  Day 259 (Mon) - Morning - Hang total of 60 min with foot hanger Afternoon - Hang 3 x 20 min at 17.5lbs.

                  Notes: I noticed after my 2 week vacation that my BPFSL suffered just a little by being slightly under my normal measurement of 7.75", but getting back to the hanging has it now over 7.75", I could almost say 7.875, but I will probably wait until I can just claim a BPFSL of 8" even.
                  Measuring my BPFSL is probably the quickest and easiest measurement for me to track. I think it is also the most relevant measurement for me as my BPEL is always just a little less than my BPFSL, what I have been seeing is that gains in BPEL pretty much exactly track my gains in BPFSL.

                    Day 260 (Tues) - Morning - Hang foot hanger 40 min, Afternoon - Hang 2 x 20 min SD @17.5lbs.
                    Day 261 (Wed) - Morning - light jelq, afternoon - Hang 2 x 20 min sd @17.5lbs. Evening Had my first 3 way with wife and friend. It was absolutely awesome. Late night foot hanger 30 min.
                    Day 262 (Thurs) - Morning 20 min, jelq, squeezes, erect kegels, Hang foot hanger 40 min.
                    Day 263 (Fri) - Evening Hang - 4 x 20 min at 17.5lbs
                    Day 264 (Sat) - morn - 15 min jelq, night 30 min foot hanger
                    Day 265 (Sun) - morn Hang - foot hanger 60 min, afternoon, hang 1 x 20 min at 17.5lbs. I am feeling like I can go up in weight at this point. Went from 17.5lbs to 20lbs for 1 x 20 min session. Well if the goal of fatigue, I can tell I am hitting it. Yowhee.... I tried a second 20 min session at at 20 lbs, but dropped back down after 4 minutes to 17.5lbs. Fatigue has be achieved. I will go back to the 20lbs and attempt after a days break.

                    Interestingly, after the 1 x 20lb. session, it looked like my BPFSL was greater. Could it be that this extreme fatigue gets you out of your range much like a rubber band that surpasses it's elastic limit? Maybe.

                      Day 267 (Tues) - Morning Starting off with foot hanger 30 min, Afternoon Hang 2 x 10 min 20lb (this was intense), 2 x 20 min hang at 20lbs.

                      Added heat hanging straight out. I finally feel like I am able to wrap properly, so it feels like I can handle more weight.

                      Day 274 (Tues) - Afternoon, hang 3 x 20 min, evening, hang 2 x 20 min with Heat. Night -30 min. jelq, squeezes.

                      I feel like I may be making a break through. It is possible that I may be heading into period of greater than average growth. I say this because it appears that my BPFSL looks like it is starting to jump up more than average, up almost 1/4" in the last 30 days of PE. That is a big gain in such a short period. I believe that it is due to a significant increase in the number of hours that I am hanging, courtesy of my foot hanger, and stepping the weight up to a more aggressive 20lbs. I believe that surprisingly the weight however is a bigger factor than the amount of time.

                      Certainly time will tell, but this is VERY exciting.

                          10 Months
                          I have dropped down to 12.5 lbs from a max of 20lbs. I was getting bruising on the underside of my penis just behind the tip as the skin was bunching up in this location and there was too much pressure. At the higher weight I wasn't able to put in the hours.
                          Using a heating pad and going to try to put in the hours, still maintaining 7 7/8" BPFSL. It is the goal to get this up to 9". Took the last week off and was low key.

                            I am just starting to hit all of these numbers at max. Each of these numbers is up 1/8". My BPEL has typically trailed my BPFSL by 3/8". This is the first step up in girth in about 6 months, however, I have noticed improvement in this area even if they aren't always recorded in measurements. I believe my measurements for girth 6 months ago were taken after a workout, now my measurements have just been taken with morning wood.

                              Going to start using the foot hanger again. I have hanging SO for only about 1 hour a day. For the last month I have throttled back. Using the foot hanger will help me get the hours in. Overall plan, 1 hour of weight hanging SO. I will go back up in weight to 15lbs. Then hang 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night in bed with the foot hanger. This will give me 2 hours of hanging a day with no let up.

                              Immediate goal: 8.25" in BPFSL. Currently just hitting 8" BPFSL.

                                Bought the Bib Starter Hard Core, to try to get a better grasp on my internals, so that I don't cause as much bruising on the underside of my unit at right behind the glans. Trying to wrap a little looser, clamp a little harder and clamp farther back, is working for the most part, still getting a little bruising, but it might be just some of the residual left over.

                                Putting in at least an hour a day again, to see if I can get some more length gains. Would still like to get to 8.5 inches BPEL, which is about one inch more. I think it is possible, but not quite sure what it is going to take to get there. Constant hanging, with heat, is my current strategy.
