    The hardcore starter clamped tightly, with the theraband wrapped a little looser, seems to minimize any bruising, although it is not gone complete.

    Currently, I am trying to get a morning and night time hang with my foot hanger and 2 - 3 sessions with hanging straight out at my desk. Currently at 17.5 lbs. I am reducing the time from 20 min to 18 min to eliminate any loss of blood flow, as this could be a result of the bruising, lack of blood.

    It seems like length gains are hard to come by now. I am kind of wondering what would be the best method to shock my penis into some growth. More time? More Weight? Not quite sure.

      Raising the hanging weight to 22.5 lbs, I think I need to re-introduce fatigue to restart the gains.

        I am going to go back to hanging SD or BTC, as SO doesn't seem to be producing gains at this point.

        Using 20lbs at this point.

        3 x 18 min sessions last night, and now I am on my 2nd 18 minute session today, and I can FEEL the fatigue. I guess I have to pay more attention to riding the fatigue.

          was again hanging SD with 20lbs. Again, I can really feel the fatigue, unlike SO which didn't seem to create fatigue. I think I am back on the right track to seeing gains. If I can be consistent with this 30- 60 days might reveal some movement.

            20 lbs. was just seeming to intense, so I backed it down to 17.5 lbs. I am currently working on 3 x 18 min sessions. 17.5lbs is pretty intense.

            I am focusing more on clamping the Bib hanger on properly, so that I grasp the internals correctly. I think this is helping transmit more force to my penis, and reducing bruising. By clamping on more intensely, it is reducing the pressure buildup at the tip of my penis.

              Back on the War Path

              After my 1 year anniversary, I got a little busy with some other projects. And for the most part pretty happy with my dick. Actually VERY HAPPY, I should say. So I backed off on the PE. I did do some minimal maintenance, like PE twice a week, hanging or jelq's / squeezes. I did this to make sure I tapered off and cemented my gains. Fortunately the gains held, which is great.

              But starting about two weeks ago. I have got back into hanging. With the goal of gaining another inch. This might not be as easy as the first inch, as I believe my ligs and tunica are pretty tight / thick lengthwise. So it might be tough to get them to yield for additional length gains, but I am going to give it a try.

              My routine is 3 - 4 x 18 minute sessions per day, straight down, with a weight of around 15lbs to 20lbs. 20lbs is a little intense sometimes, and I usually need to step the weight down for subsequent sessions.

              Hopefully I will be able report some progress in 90 days, and take the unit from Large to Huge.

                For the last year I have been pretty much just maintaining, with a little hanging here and there nothing in a focused or intense way. My BPFSL is 8.0 and I am going to try to get that to 8.5 over the next 6 months.

                I will be hanging 18 mins x 4 each day at between 15 and 20 lbs. I am not sure if I can get my penis to yield but I have not put in the time required (10+ hours per week) to make this happen with hanging.

                Here goes another attempt. I have gone from 8 to 8.125 in the last several weeks, but the real test will be to see if I can get the BPFSL to over 8.25, then I will know that real progress is being made.

                  Update: I have been a little inconsistent since my last post, hanging off and on for the last 4 months. But recently I have on, more than off. It looks like my BPFSL is now just starting to hit 8.25" (up 1/4" from 4 months ago). I don't think I have really seen any other significant gains. But I am sure that this is the beginning of a new growth phase, if I stick at it.

                  My current routine is about 2-4 times per day at 18 mins & 15lbs. It seems that gains from this point forward will be much slower than the early gains. But I am not too far away from the proverbial 8" x 6".

                    Wow I thought I was going to get to the end of your thread and see that you just stopped posting...glad to know your still going and thanks for the inspiration.I am going to try the afb hanger soon seen as I'm broke lol.

                      Gains certainly do come harder. I now have the LG hanger. I have actually had it for quite a few months. The LG allows longer hanging times which makes it much easier to log hours.

                      I have not really made any gains other than BPFEL which is up to 8.25"
                      Otherwise things remain.

                      BPEL = 8.25" (only gain after about 6 months)
                      BPEL = 7.5"
                      MEG = 5.75"
