Ok first off I would like to say why I'm here. I came here because I have a large PE problem and so I started looking on the web for free advice. But well once I got here and I have read some of the posts I noticed that apparently my penis is on the slim side( i got that idea from reading members beginning stats and a lot of them started bigger then I am now) , so I figured while I was here that maybe I should work with both my length and girth so I could give my finance a better all around experience, not just being able to last forever.
So I figured I would go ahead and start a log even though I plain on starting my routine on the 6 th. The reason for the wait is so I can try to get the extra money for a IR lamp. If I can't then I will begin with my rice sock.
I also want to cut back my drinking to one beer a night. The night before last I had a 6 pack and a pint of liquor. Last night I only had 4 beers. And tonight I am going to cut back to 2 beers and a miniature. Then tomorrow just 2 beers until I am down to just 1 beer and holding. I also have my measurements so I figured I could start with posting them.

I'm hoping that my fat pad will reduce rather quickly sense I will be all but stopped from drinking(I might switch to N/A beer but I have to watch to to drink to many as they contain calories too). That and I will be more physically active now that it is spring.
Waiting until the 6th will also give me time to try to stop masturbating all the time (I do it once to three times a day). I will be jumping into the 90 day beginners guide and I will be posting my results here every 2 weeks. So far I have read a lot of positive feed back from people that have had success and I am looking forward in becoming one of those success stories.
My sort term goal (by the end of the 90 day program) is as follows
NBPFL 4.5
BPFL 5.5
FG 4
NBPEL 5.85
BPEL 6.75
EG 4.35
I tried to be reasonable with these goals as to make sure I don't discourage myself by falling to short. Well back to the forums to continue more research. Thanks.
