    Ok first off I would like to say why I'm here. I came here because I have a large PE problem and so I started looking on the web for free advice. But well once I got here and I have read some of the posts I noticed that apparently my penis is on the slim side( i got that idea from reading members beginning stats and a lot of them started bigger then I am now) , so I figured while I was here that maybe I should work with both my length and girth so I could give my finance a better all around experience, not just being able to last forever.
    So I figured I would go ahead and start a log even though I plain on starting my routine on the 6 th. The reason for the wait is so I can try to get the extra money for a IR lamp. If I can't then I will begin with my rice sock.
    I also want to cut back my drinking to one beer a night. The night before last I had a 6 pack and a pint of liquor. Last night I only had 4 beers. And tonight I am going to cut back to 2 beers and a miniature. Then tomorrow just 2 beers until I am down to just 1 beer and holding. I also have my measurements so I figured I could start with posting them.

    NBPFL 3.5
    BPFL 4.5
    FG 3.875

    NBPEL 5.5
    BPEL 6.5
    EG 4.125

    LOT 6 o' clock

    I'm hoping that my fat pad will reduce rather quickly sense I will be all but stopped from drinking(I might switch to N/A beer but I have to watch to to drink to many as they contain calories too). That and I will be more physically active now that it is spring.
    Waiting until the 6th will also give me time to try to stop masturbating all the time (I do it once to three times a day). I will be jumping into the 90 day beginners guide and I will be posting my results here every 2 weeks. So far I have read a lot of positive feed back from people that have had success and I am looking forward in becoming one of those success stories.

    My sort term goal (by the end of the 90 day program) is as follows

    NBPFL 4.5
    BPFL 5.5
    FG 4

    NBPEL 5.85
    BPEL 6.75
    EG 4.35

    I tried to be reasonable with these goals as to make sure I don't discourage myself by falling to short. Well back to the forums to continue more research. Thanks.

      Hopefully my return...

      Well it's been a little over 6 months sense I have been here do to injuring myself.

      I found out the hard way about over doing it first hand.....the bad thing is although I know what I did wrong...I just had no clue that I was doing anything wrong at the time.

      I stayed completely away because I knew if I started lurking around I would end up starting way before I was healed. I'm still not 100% yet but I do feel I can do some bare minimum stretches to kind of warm be up and ease back into things.

      To explain a little about what I had did to myself was I must have been way over doing my jelq's ( apperantly WAY over doing them) ans what had happen after my last session the next day I was so sore that I had to have my girlfriend help me to get out of bed. With that said that was a extremely scary situation to be in sense I have no insurance and I am very financially challenged.

      I finally got into the bathroom that morning and was inspecting myself and had found two things...

      1) I hurt so bad from the base of my penis all the way to what felt like my belly bottom ( even light rotational pulls where
      excruciating)

      2) I noticed a large vein that runs the top of my penis seemed to feel like a row of 5 or 6 BB's lodged in there.

      So from what I have determined I over streched my ligaments (possible even slightly tore them). And I severly put to much strain on the veins.

      I am still a little sore when I slightly strech in certain directions so I will keep it at a very minimal pace and will be doing more refreshing what I have learned more so then almost doing any exercises for the time being.

      I know I might catch some flac about not going in for medical treatment but trust me that was not even an option.

      Well thanks for reading my log and I can't wait to get back into the start of things.
