    I decided to start this log to see if it might help me in my quest to go completely off porn as well as continuing to PE as my life gets more busy in the upcoming weeks. I'm 23 years old and I started watching porn well over 10 years ago. It became a problem in my life in the past two years as I began having more and more opportunities for great sexual partners, but my confidence in my EQ was oftentimes to low to follow through. When I did sleep with some of these women, oftentimes I would have a lot of trouble getting it up, further lowering my confidence. A few times I couldn't get anything going with some very attractive women, which was embarrassing and disappointing for both parties.

    I've slowly cycled off porn in the past two or three months, going from some pretty extreme videos and lengthy masturbation sessions to shorter clips, less hardcore and finally down to just softcore images. Sometimes, however, I get the urge to watch something very hardcore and I end up going to pornhub to get my fix. So now I think I'm ready to go cold turkey - no more porn! I want to completely reboot. I will still be edging during this time, but I will keep any kind of mental stimulation at a minimum and imagine only women that I have been with before. At least for now, perhaps sometime in the distant future I can use softcore imagery in moderation, as a form of entertainment rather than an addiction.

    I began PE'ing in February 2011 and started to get serious around mid-August. I have seen good gains and hope to continue. One thing that has helped me was to create a spreadsheet to track my workouts as well as changes in size. It also helps to keep me consistent.

    Here are my stats:

    2/2011 (measurements were probably way off)
    BPFSL: 4.75"
    BPEL: 5.5"
    EG: 4.875"

    I'm not really going to take the February measurements very seriously, since my EQ has increased since then. I can probably attribute a lot of my gains to just having better boners.

    8/14/2011 (began serious workouts)
    BPFSL: 5" (+0.25")
    BPEL: 6.0625" (+.5625")
    EG: 4.75" (-.125") - dunno how this happened, maybe bad measurement

    9/11/2011 (about one month of serious workouts)
    BPFSL: 5.375" (+0.375")
    BPEL: 6.125" (+0.0625")
    EG: 5" (+0.25")


    Here's my current workout:

    WARM UP (25 min)
    Bed fowfers

    STRETCHING (15 min)
    down, up, left, right, straight - 20 second holds with heli's or firestarters inbetween
    each direction again, this time with 15 tugs for 2 seconds each, followed by 5 big circles both ways. heli's and firestarters in between. repeat for each direction.

    JELQING (30 min)
    50 Wet Jelqs
    25 V Jelqs
    Repeat 4 times for total of 200 wet and 100 v.

    EDGING (10 min - 45 min)

    WARM DOWN (10 min shower)



    Yesterday (9/12) was the first day of no porn. Today is my rest day.

    First you don't want to see my brain on porn or otherwise. Now if you're just starting don't you think 300 jelqs might be a bit much? Did you read the beginners program and the 90 day routine?

      I didn't just start. Like I said I've been PE'ing since February. I started by doing 100 jelqs per day and have worked up to 300.

      When I said I didn't start taking it seriously until recently I suppose I really meant that I only recently began to really focus on my form and on edging. I have actually been doing 2 days on 1 day off somewhat regularly for the past 6-7 months. Before August, my edging sessions were something in between edging and masturbation. Also I didn't really gain control over kegeling until recently. Since I started jelqing, edging and kegeling with good form and without visual aid, the workouts feel really good.

        Day 3 of no porn or visual stimulation. It feels really great to be like this. I'm going to share something here, more for my own sake so to help keep from re-lapsing. I have a masturbation problem. I started masturbating and looking at porn (my dad had magazines that I found) long before I was ever able to ejaculate. I even remember the first time I ejaculated how surprised I was that something came out! Not only was I addicted to porn and masturbation from a very young age, but I went about it all wrong. My form during masturbation must have been terrible for my dick - I just beat the shit out of it for years. I must have beat it to porn once a day almost every day of my teenage years and college years. Luckily, I did it more than once a day very rarely (probably due to low libido haha), which is probably the only reason why my dong still works.

        As I got older, jerking off became more of a comfort than a pleasure. I would do it when I was depressed - I suppose the temporary surge of dopamine made me feel better. I would also do it when I couldn't sleep, only because I knew that afterwards I would be tired enough to finally fall asleep. What's worse is that I knew that masturbating so much and watching so much porn was causing me erectile problems and causing me to have a tiny flaccid and a smaller erection than I would have had if I simply allowed my dick to heal for a day or two between sessions. But I kept beating the shit out of it day in and day out, sometimes I couldn't even get very hard and would beat it until I came anyways. Most of the time when I came I hardly felt anything. Furthermore, I felt guilty about it. Since I got my own laptop, it got worse, as I had unlimited access to porn at my fingertips. My porn addiction in the past two years has gotten pretty bad. I've gotten into some weird stuff that made me feel very strange afterwards.

        In the past few months I've pretty much gotten over my porn habits, with the exception of a few days when I relapsed and watched some very hardcore videos. For a few months I was able to force myself to look only at hardcore still images, then recently just softcore still images. At this point I'm ready to let all that stuff go until I get to a point where I can look at it and not take it so seriously. My penis feels and looks really good right now. In the past, there were times when my dick would stay turtled down to less then 1.5" (not exaggerating) for hours at a time. Now I hardly turtle except after a workout, and even then my flaccid hang is at least 3". These days, the normal hang is about 4+", something that I never had before. Even the flesh of my dick looks so much better than it used to when I beat it to death all the time. My erections are getting better, morning wood is coming back and I've even had a few unexpected boners during the day.

          I'm starting my first year of graduate studies this week. Right now my workout takes almost exactly 1.5 hours. I need to cut that down to no more than 45 minutes so that I can have more time for classes and studying. Since I'm decreasing the length of the workouts, I'm considering switching from 2 on/1 off to 5 on/2 off to compensate. It will probably be thursday - monday since my more intense courses are on tuesday and wednesday. This way, I might be able to take put some extra time into workouts on saturday and sunday. Here's the possible new workout, pretty basic for now:

          WARM UP (10 Min)
          electric heating pad

          STRETCHING (10 Min)
          down, up, left, right, straight: 3 second tugs x 15 in each direction. Each set followed by 5 big circles clockwise and 5 big circles counterclockwise.

          JELQING (15 Min)
          50 wet jelqs
          25 v jelqs
          Repeat x 3 for a total of 150 wet and 75 v

          EDGING (10 Min)

          warm down with a shower


          If anyone has any suggestions for workouts that are very effective and also not very time consuming, please let me know! I need to optimize this routine as much as possible.

            Something really strange just happened.

            My dong was feeling real stretchy just now after edging and ejaculating about 3 hours ago. So I decided to measure it. My BPFSL was 6.375"... an increase of 1" from just 4 days ago! WTF?! Well, I hope it stays that way lol.

            Now, my BPFSL is longer than my BPEL. I was an outlier when I started, when my BPFSL was actually almost 1" less than my BPEL. I hope this is a sign of good things to come...

                You mean even PE? During edging, I try not to think of anything related to sex. I just focus on the feeling, except maybe a few times per session right now I need some stimulation so I think about a girl I've been with before. I'm getting better at it each time though, I think soon I won't need the mental stimulus at all. So, wouldn't that be pretty much the same thing? Or is it actually necessary to let my testosterone levels drop and not do anything with my penis at all for a while?

                I do remember last year while I was traveling through europe, I didn't see any porn for about 5 weeks. I masturbated just a few times, maybe 4 times during that period, and in the last week or two I would get massive erections just walking around and not thinking about it at all. It was awesome. I want to get that back!

                  Measured it again just now to check if it was for real and it was. Well, a bit shorter at 6.125", but I would expect that much fluctuation. I think that this huge gain in BPFSL is due to me learning how to relax the pelvic floor muscles and not masturbating.

                      Yes it does really work if you are consistent and focused. Give it 6 months and you will definitely see results.

                        It's been 9 days without any visual stimulus. Not even any softcore images. This has definitely affected my libido. My blood flow has declined and its much harder to get erections. I've only ejaculated 4 times in the past 9 days, which is very strange for me, since I used to masturbate at least once a day. Not only have I not masturbated in over two weeks, but I haven't even though about it. I'm hoping my libido starts to bounce back soon.

                        Had a decent session today. Jelqed at about 30% and then did 10 minutes of edging. I feel like I'm getting better at relaxing while erect.

                          Im in the same boat with you man, almost exactly. I too started masturbating before I could even ejaculate by looking at my dad's magazines. I stopped doing it heavily in about February or so and the last time I did at all was 4 weeks ago. Yourbrainonporn recommends no porn, masturbation, or orgasm for 60-90 days. If you havent already I would check out peoples' logs on there and you should see your progress going right in line with theirs. It takes a little while for your libido to come back, its supposed to be that way. Just stay with it because if you give in you lose any progress you made and have to start over.

                            Cool. I did watch the videos on yourbrainonporn but haven't looked at any logs. I'll take a look when I get a chance. Thanks for the info.

                            I'm actually finding this to be really easy. I have no desire at all to watch porn or masturbate anymore.

                              Day 11 of rebooting. I looked at one image that was saved on my computer today. It was a softcore nude image, I don't think that it will set me back but I just deleted all my images so that I don't do it again. In the past there is no way that this image would have done anything for me but it gave me an instant rock hard erection today. Also, the past two mornings I have had great morning wood. Last night I was talking to an ex-gf on skype. When she started being a bit flirty I got a bit of a hard on. This would have never happened in the past.
