    Day 62.

    Workout:
    Warm up (15m)
    Stretching (30m)
    5m basics
    15m inverted v stretch hold
    10m v stretch hold
    Jelqing (8m) - 60 4-5 second strokes
    A few minutes edging just for blood flow and a short warm down.

    Some observations of the past few days:
    I had a short porn relapse, watching hardcore porn and masturbating for the first time in over 50 days for 4 out of the last 6 days. I have it under control now. I believe that these sessions were quite informational. It seems that my flaccid penis is much less stretchy in the past 2-3 days, which I attribute to these masturbation sessions. It is clear that, for me at least, masturbation and ejaculation are detrimental to my pe'ing. The best gains I've had are when I edged after every session and only ejaculated 2-3 times per week. I believe that actually the workout itself is not as critical as maintaining good bloodflow through the hours following the workout. It's like in weightlifting or other kinds of athletic training - the workout is irrelevant if you don't eat and sleep right. Bloodflow is critical.

      Im with you after reading through some research. I figure less jerking off and more sex! Not addicted to porn but like it immensely. Im swearing it off though. Good Luck.

        Yeah. Like I've said many times before, I don't think it's jerking off that is bad for the penis. I think jerking off with poor form, though, especially for me, can be quite detrimental. Also, for me, I believe that ejaculation too often is bad. I'm not sure exactly why - if it's a strain on the muscles or a hormonal issue, but it seems that daily ejaculation causes turtling and some hard flaccid. When I do it less often, 2-3 per week, I have a much better and looser flaccid and it is easier to pe.

            Day 70.

            Good long workout. I measure obsessively, but I don't see any reason not to. Measuring consistently at 6.5" BPEL now, but I don't know why my EG has not changed at all. I also expect an increase in BPFSL soon as I've learned to relax big time when I stretch, and getting much longer and looser stretching sessions than I used to.

            EDIT: Yep, just measured over 6.5" BPFSL. Not going to make it official until I'm at that length consistently though.

I started about 2 months ago and even though I havent been near as serious as I should have been I still have gone from 5.5 BPEL to 6. Im trying to get a lot more serious in this last month of the JP90 program.

                  I don't think the number really matters. I prefer to track from when I started, because that date pretty much coincides with when I decided to start getting serious about PE. The relapse probably did hurt my re-booting process, but I don't consider it that big of a deal. This is a long-term thing that is more on the scale of years than months or days, so I'm taking it slow.

                    Today's measurements and gains over the past three weeks since Nov 8.

                    BPFSL: 6.5" (+0.25")
                    NBPEL: 6.0" (+0.25")
                    BPEL: 6.5" (+0")
                    EG: 4.75" (+0")

                    So, no visible gains in BPEL or EG. Not sure how my NBPEL grew 0.25" without any change in BPEL. I'm probably just getting better at measuring. BPFSL has definitely changed noticeably, though. Absolutely no change in EG since I started on August 14th, which is somewhat disturbing.

                    Next three weeks is going to be very basic:
                    Warm Up (10m)
                    Basic Stretches (2m)
                    Jelqing (15m)
                    Downward V Stretch (5m)
                    Upward V Stretch (5m)

                    After this three week period, if I see no gains in BPEL or EG once again, I'm going to take a week off and see if anything happens.

                        So, last Saturday I was at the library. The girl working at the desk was really attractive, so I went up to her, exchanged a few words and gave her my number. She texted me the next day and we ended up going out on pretty much a blind date last night. The date went well, and I'm going to see her again soon. I have to say, this girl is really attractive, and if it wasn't for me having quit porn, I never would have even considered approaching her.

                          good stuff, im about to quit porn forever but problem remains of watching pics of ads on internet, girls on tv and etc, you know we live in this kind of society.Atleast its not porn or online erotica.

                          What about the sensitivity? have you lost sensitivity? ive huge sensitivity issues , ive been told that it can go away with time but today, i looked at some pics again by accident and its not nudity and i was quite sensitive when i used my fleshlight (which is a sign that i watched arousal pics). I cant do more then disable pics on my web browser, its weird i still see stuff here and there. I work a lot on the computer thats why.

                          Is porn different then just a random pic with a girls face?

                            I don't think you have to quit porn forever but you should never let porn control your arousal. As long as you can control your arousal, porn should be fine. What I suggest is going without porn for several days and you shall be oestrous. Then get yourself used to arousing by your hand and your PC muscle. After that, when you still can control your arousal, you can add some porn or watch in leisure time.

                                Been very busy lately with final reviews last night. Went without sleep, without even leaving school, between wednesday morning and friday night. On December 11, I made it to day 91 of no porn, though i did have two relapses (one pretty bad) during that time, I didn't start over. Also, during those 91 days I allowed myself to edge and sometimes to ejaculate. I've come a long way, from a time when I had to watch really disgusting porn every day at least once and beat off to it, to a point where I am edging once every few days, ejaculating maybe 2-3 time per week without any visual stimulation.

                                I've been so busy since sunday, that I've hardly even looked at my dick, but I have noticed that it is hanging lower and plumper while flaccid. I believe this because of the fact that I've hardly touched it. Now I want to see what happens if I extend my no PMO for a few more weeks. My goal is to make it to 2012 with no PMO! This means I will probably be doing only very light PE, which is okay with me. I am going to measure right now and post in a few minutes, and then measure again on Jan 1 to see if any changes took place during no PMO. This will be the longest time I go without ejaculation since, fuck, maybe I was 7 or 8 years old. Let's see if I can make it.

                                EDIT: This is Day 6 of no PMO.

                                Just measured. No apparent gain in the past three weeks, except 1/8" more NBPEL, which doesn't make sense since I haven't gained any BPEL.
