Day 23
T-minus 30 minutes until I edge and I'm hoping it goes over well, I'll be experimenting with reverse kegals and regular kegals. I realized that this site is shaping me into the perfect lover. Lasting longer and being bigger. One of the best decisions I've ever made

Day 23
Just did a 45 minute edging routine tonight. Had the same issue, I'm not surprised, I'm just looking forward to fixing this problem and overcoming it
Overall I think I had a great workout for the day. I had the longest routine I've had so far today and a good edging session.

I'm debating whether or not to take a rest day or not, I haven't been doing really intense workouts but I like the feeling that I'm keeping consistent
I'm thinking I'll just do a 25 to 30 minute routine today followed by some edging a little later on.

Just finished a 32 minute routine and I thought it went pretty well
I plan on doing some edging later tonight. I'm gonna start doing strictly reverse kegals during my edging since it proves to be so promising among the other members
