I think I've already said this but I am truly impressed...I have trouble just fitting the time in. It's been only two weeks of commitment for me, and I'm already getting unfocused XD I just gotta keep at it I guess .__.

Just finished a 32 minute routine and I thought it went pretty well
I plan on doing some edging later tonight. I'm gonna start doing strictly reverse kegals during my edging since it proves to be so promising among the other members

My ratio of reverse kegels in my kegle practice today increased over my normal reverse kegel count for the same reason. I hadn't really been practicing strong reverse kegels until today and will continue them tomorrow in anticipation of my Thursday edging session(s). Let us know how the reverse kegels worked tonight.

Super Kegals are the newest thing for me .
They are tough to do . You hold the kegal for as long as you can .
Then rest and do another one .
My first was a 90 sec . hold .
Got in several before he got too tired . LOL !!!
They can be very fatiguing .

I read about those! I've been doing a couple myself but with reverse kegals

So i just did about a 35 minute edging routine. I didn't let anything slip out and used entirely reverse kegals. When I'd feel my body about to naturally do regular kegals when i got close to the PONR, I would do a reverse kegal to counter-act this. I did this for about 30 minutes and realized I have to get ready for bed and update the log, so I kegaled for a minute and finished
I'll definitely be doing more reverse kegals now!
