  • Gaining .25" in 30 days is HUGE. I would stick with what is working right now.

      I'll definitely stick with what I have for right now I just want to work in more exercises and focus more on girth since I'm still thin. I've read horse sqeezes are really good

        Look at my log. I have been doing variations of this girth centric routine for about a month. I want to add some supra slammers and/or horse squeezes to the mix eventually, but I have learned the hard way that if I push too hard for too long my dick responds by getting soft until I ease up.

        And it's really enjoyable. I get to approach ponr and then work my way from real hard to softer to ponr again for another round. I also clamp once a week on a cautious basis.
        Won't really know the value of this, if any until I do my first real measuring in a couple of weeks.
        BPEL 7.0 +1 1/8"
        EG 5.6 +.6 (average of girth measures)
        Midshaft EG: 5.75 +.75
        Base EG: 6 +.75
        Top EG 5 +.5
        NBPEL 6.2. +.2
        BPSFL 7.3 +1.3

          • Just looked over the instructions for the horse squeeze. Not sure if I'm ready for that intense of a jelq. Looks good otherwise. I may incorporate that one in a month or two.

              I did them a little with my regular routine but not seriously enough. Hopefully i can make solid girth gains

                              Hey guys. So I took yesterday off and I've decided I'm going to restructure my routine to focus mainly on girth and on dry orgasms. I've run in to a bit of back luck recently with my living situation and am looking for a place to stay. I'll be working more so I'll have to edit my routine from taking as long. Still deciding on what my routine is going to be but I'll post it either tonight or tomorrow. Thanks
