      So i edged last night and that was all i had time to do. I said before that i was going to reconstruct my routine but i think i'll just continue with my regular routine but add some horse squeezes and uli's and maybe even some stretches. Your opinions on these exercises would be greatly appreciated
      Current Length: 7 inches

      Short Term Goal:
      Length: 7.25 inches
      Girth: 5.25 inches

      Length: 8 inches

        Hey guys, I've been sort of slacking on my routine because i've been having some problems as to my living situation but i'm working in workouts when i can. I'm gonna most likely do some edging tonight and then hopefully start my serious routine back up tomorrow. Wish me luck guys

            I really wanna see what your new routine would've looked like dammit! haha I do Uli's and horse squeezes but it's important that you only start out with doing a few of them and your grip should not be tight at all. Don't crack that egg!

              That's right! The recent change in living arrangements is putting a dent in my PE life too, which sucks. I I'm going to focus a lot of girth i think because i'm very slim but I'm 1 inch away from my target girth and length and I think I may can do it

                  It's me again, so I edged a little last night and I've been doing my kegals but due to the whole change in my living arrangements I've been having trouble finding the time to take care of my PE. I feel sort of bad because I've been so attentive with my log the first 30 days and now I can hardly get to it to just say that I've been edging. But I promise I'll do my best guys. You guys keep me going
                  I'll probably edge tonight and then start my legitimate routine tomorrow which will probably be the following:

                  Day 36-Day 60 Routine
                  10-15 minute warm up in a hot bath
                  20-30 minutes of jelqing at various EQ levels
                  10 minutes of horse squeezes
                  10 minutes of Uli's
                  5-10 minutes of stretches (optional)
                  10-15 minute warm up in hot bath

                  So that will be the routine I'll try and follow. It's more intense that my workout from the first 30 days and hopefully will lead to bigger results.

                      I probably wont be doing too many, specifically to avoid overtraining, but I'll be taking more rest days with this routine that my previous one. Before I did 6 days on and 1 day off and now I'll probably do 5 days on 2 days off or 4 days on 3 days off.

                        But I'll get it as soon as I can and start right back up
