  • Diet Dr Pepper progress/ workout log

    I'm starting back after a lay off. My initial measurements from around 1.5 to 2 years ago were 5.25 bpel and 4.25 mseg. Basically I did about 8 months of jelquing and stretching and got up to 6 3/8 bpel and 4.5 mseg. I'm ready to start back a pumping and stretching routine.( I hate jelquing). And well see how it goes. I plan on measuring once a month to log my progress and we'll see how it goes. I'm going to do a 3 day a week program to start off.

    My first day back was 12/23/2021 my initial measurements was 6.25 bpel 4.5 mseg. I did a 5 minute session and about 5 minutes stretching. 12/25/2021 was a 5 minute bathmate and 5 minute stretching with kegals throughout the day. My dick was very dark colored after the bathmate so I may have had too much pressure or something but today it's working fine and I've already noticed an increase in erection quality. My weight was 213. I also plan on trying to lose down to about 180. I'm 5ft 10 inch.

        5 min bathmate followed by 5 min stretching. Going to do a month flaccid then erect. Going to ease into it.

          12/28 off day. Very slight soreness around base from stretching I believe. Overall no concerns.
          12/29 off day. Best morning wood in a long time. Want to workout today but I know I need to take off and start back tomorrow. Next week I'm going to up my workout from 5 minutes flaccid bathmate to 6. My plan is tentative to what I feel works and changes will be made as necessary. Am currently thinking about/ researching adding a couple days of jelquing into my routine a couple months down the road despite the fact that I hate doing it but we will see. My plans are to begin to use bathmate erect after a month and see if I'm ready. If not will continue flaccid until my penis is conditioned for it. I looked into extenders but I've already gained an inch from manuals so I figure I'll keep trying to make gains. My diet is still not very good but I will get it together no worries. Current weight 214. I'm excited to see how this week goes.

            12/30 6 min bathmate 6 min stretches. Stretches are up down left right out and in-between then 10 circle stretches repeat until time is out.

              1/2 off not the best eq probably 6/10
              1/3 6 min bathmate 6 min stretch eq 8/10 slightly less than previous week but still good.. going to enjoy the next 2 days off and recover. Kegals sporadically each day. Going to research reverse kegals. Diet still sucks. Excited to continue and grow. Definitely feel like I need 2 days off. Need to quit vaping and reduce nicotine use and lose some weight. These can only help my progress.

                Tomorrow im going to stick with 6 minutes again for the week. (My pe week starts on Thursday. Weight 213. Doing better on the diet. No fast food the past couple of days, some junk food but less than usual. I exercised last night. Short workout going to increase it slowly. My goal is to do at least 30 minutes of steady state moderate cardio (excersize bike) 5 days per week and at least 3 resistance training days per week.

                  1/6 4-5 minute bathmate. Didn't shave very good due to razor being terrible and pump kept losing suction. 6 minutes stretching.

                          1/19 6:20 pump good pressure got pump post bayhmste looked much bigger 7-8 stretch. 2 small dots on glans from pump overall feel good ready for 2 days off to recover then back at it. Good on diet a d excersize as well.

                            1/22 I had a little injury that caused some minor soreness yesterday but today feels 100% better so I worked out. 6 minutes bathmate every thing felt good no pain. Also 1 month measurements were 63/8bpelx 4 5/8 mid girth. That's a quarter inch length which is mostly return of previous gains and an 8th of an inch girth. Routine is working so I will continue. Not expecting to gain every month but 7x 5 is my goal anything over is a bonus. 7 inch non bone pressed by 5.5 is my dream goal which will include losing some weight. Right now my fat pad is roughly 1 25-1.5 inches. Diet has been going fair.good days and bad days.

                              1/23 off. Thinking about starting 7 minutes bathmate tomorrow instead of 6. Maybe next week. We will see. Very excited for the next month.
