    Cut my normal routine today because the base of my penis is rubbed raw from a lot of sex and PE. Usually I would take 1 day off after my 3 but I'm going to take 2 off and let it heal. It's not bad so after 2 days I should be fine.

    10 min warmup
    25 min stretching (2, 30s 540BS....2, 45s 540BS....4, 1m 540BS)
    20 min Jelqing (40-50%)
    10 min warmdown
    Starting: 1/14/12
    BPEL 7.25 x 4.75(both MEG & BEG)

          Back after 2 days off due to redness near the left side of the base. It's still there but better. Anyway, solid day!

            The base is rubbed raw again. I will be taking off as many days as needed. I actuall think will be good for growth.

              Back after 4 days off. I'm still a little red but I couldn't take it anymore. I had to get some PE time in.

                Took more time off because this redness/rawness just won't go away on the left side on the base. It's still there but mild.

                  Well...I believe I discovered the source of my redness on the base. Did a quick search and it sounded like a fungal infection. Bought cream and started applying it yesterday and it is much better. What a sense of relief!

                          Well....I've determined that I don't have a fungal infection. Good news is that I started putting cortizone cream on the red area Sunday and it appears (fingers crossed) to be working. I'm putting it on 3 times a day and I am noticing a difference. So much so that I decided to do some PE tonight. Damn I missed it. Good session!

                            Zero redness and problems today after a decent workout yesterday. I think I finally beat it! Now I'm ready to start putting in the time to grow.
