              Really trying to focus on girth. I had about 1.5 of free time so I decided to do some edging and squeezes.

              50 min edging (5 squeezes and ULIs @ 30 secs and 4 squeezes and ULIs @ 40 secs)
              15 min warmdown.

                Today is the completion of my 10th week! As usual, another great intense weekend session today.

                15 min warmup
                30 min stretching (2 tunica tugs @ 20 sec, 2 360 bundled stretches @ 20 sec., 2 TT @ 25, 2 540 BS @ 25, 2 TT @ 30, 2 540 BS @ 30)

                8 min warm

                30 min Jelqing (350 V jelqs, 70-90%)
                25 min edging (10 ULIs @ 30 sec, 5 @ 40, 1 @ 50)
                15 min warmdown

                    I tried something different with my jelqing today. Got to about 90% and went real slow up to the head. Probably took me 10 seconds. It was engorged and hard. I really felt the pressure.)

                    30 min warmup
                    20 min stretching (2 TT @ 30 seconds & 2 540 BS @ 30...Held a downward stretch for 2 minutes)
                    25 min jelqing (100 V jelqs, 80-90%)
                    8 min edging (5 30 sec ULIs)
                    10 min warmdown

                    Edging got cut short because my wife is on the way and she wants some loving. She got off a hour early so I had to wrap it up.

                      Swithched my stretching today to longer holds. Held 2 down stretches for 2 min and out, left, right, up ones, once for 2 min also.

                        Decided to hold my stretches for a minute today. Been changing it up for the hell of it. Figured it can't hurt. Did 2 sets of down, up, left, right, out at 1 minutes each. Also added some Big Al's squeezes. I liked them.

                        25 min warm up
                        25 min stretch (2 TT @ 30 sec, 2 540 BS @ 30, 2 TT @ 40, 2 540 BS @ 40)

                        10 min warm

                        20 min jelqing (all 90% slow 10 sec jelqs)
                        21 min edging (10 30 sec ULIs & 10 sets of 5x5 sec Big Al's)
                        20 min warmdown

                          Got in some edging. I think it was about 45 minutes worth but I wasn't keeping track to tell you the truth. The big news is that I grew another .25 inch!

                          My NBPEL was 6.5 when I started. I'm positive. Tonight it was 7.25. Measured my BPEL at 7.25 when I started which gave me a .75 inch fat pad but ever since then I have had .5 inch pad. I think it was 7 to start but I pushed up too high. I have to go with the 7.25 though. Either way these are crazy gains in 11 weeks and for anyone reading this I just want to say thanks!

                          I've added some girth too which is what I'm most excited about. I didn't measure that tonight. I plan on doing that again at the end of my 90 days.

                              Well thank you. If you're going to do something then do it right! Wish I had your starting girth. It's gonna be a long time before I ever get to 6 if I ever do. Although, honestly I'd be thrilled to just reach your starting stat.
