      I am following a 2on/1off routine but I really just do it when my penis is not fatigued. My wife and I have a pretty good amount of sex so I will not have PE being responsible for my performance dropping. Right now I would say we average 5 nights a week and it's usually 30-45 min so it is a lot of stress on my penis. Over the past four weeks I would estimate I averaged about 4 quality PE session a week. Not bad.

      I loved your post. I am very happily married and just finished my 4th week of PE. Really happy I stumbled upon the Gym. It's become a favorite place for me and has had a wonderful impact on my relationship with my wife...and not just in the bedroom. Hope you are doing well and still gaining! All the best from a newbie.
