    20 min stretching

    They've been good golf. Maybe a .25 inch. I don't clamp enough to expect serious gains at the moment. Just maintaining and I have been so for a while now.
    Starting: 1/14/12
    BPEL 7.25 x 4.75(both MEG & BEG)

    Update 4/15/14
    BPEL 7.75 x 5.25 MEG, 5.625 BEG

              I have been thinking about adding some jelqs and slammers back in. With my volume of activity my girth hasn't budged according to my eyes. I will measure soon to verify. I would really love to hit 5.5 some day. With my apparent tough tunica girth gains to the 6 range may be unlikely. I would be perfectly content with 5.5!
