                45 min stretching

                Recently stepped up my volume in both length and girth work. 8x5.5 is close! That would be my stopping point I believe. Should probably change my signature. 6 girth just seems so far off. I might give pumping a chance. Not sure yet.

                    Not often at all. I think I went a year without measuring. I have been maintaining for a long time so didn't see a point. Haven't changed it up in a long time.

                        Noticed my hang was extra plump and good after those 3 sets I did. Probably gonna try to increase the volume if I can find time.
