Oh well, I get some next time. I wonder if it's possible for overs stretching yourself, like everyday stretching 1 minute in all directions even on my 2 days off. Like if im done with todays routine, can i still stretch out my penis afterwards? Do you guys do kegels while stretching? Well hopefully it will be a positive idea. Well see ya guys tomorrow.

      DAY 12

      hey guys. Today I'm going to take a day off due to the fact that my penis is sore because I had sex today and I was thrusting really hard. Also going take a day off Wednesday and thursday. I will continue back this upcoming Friday. Gotta heal my penis first, then exercise it when it's ready. GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE!

        REST DAY. Thinking about going to stretch my penis out everytime I go to the bathroom or something, or would it be okay to stretch out in all directions for 1 minute 2X on my rest days?

                Hey Guys! just finished up my routine today. i finally bought the supplements that JP suggested. L-Arginine, L-Lysine, Multivitamins(Zinc is included in there), and Super B Complex. I also bought 2 of the 5GS that kingpole suggested. Ginger Root & Gingko Bibloa. I really feel good taking these supplements, but still don't know when is the best time to take them. For some reason, every time i took L-arginine, my flaccid feels a little more thicker and i can feel blood circulating inside my penis, not sure how i know that, i just feel it. My hormones increases all the time every time i think of something sexual, and get hard also when my baby mama is teasing me. I don't even know which supplements is making my hormones going up all the time. I mean before i started taking these like 2 days ago, i would still get horny and stuff, but these supplements really makes me even more. I just have a question about L-Arginine and L-Lysine. I know that they shouldn't be taken together for some reason. Let me just give you my schedule of my supplements to you guys. Let me know if its too much and if its okay to take JP's supplements with the 5GS, but I'm only taking 2GS for now. I read that people say its good to take L-Arginine at night before you go to bed. In what order and time should i take these supplements?

                Multivitamin inlcudes 25mg of Zinc (I take 2 daily, 50mg of Zinc plus what ever food i ate that has zinc in them. JP recommended 60mg of Zinc)

                Morning - 1 multivitamin, 1 500mg L-arginine, eat breakfast then 1 super b complex.
                Afternoon - eat lunch then 2 60mg = 120mg of Gingko Bibloa and 1 550mg of Ginger Root
                Evening - eat anything then 1 multivitamin, 1 500mg L-arginine, then do my PE routine
                Night - eat some food then take 1 500mg L-Lysine

                Taking those 5 days and 2 days off, same schedule as my PE Routines.
                So if anyone can let me know if i should switch the supplements around different time, let me know please. Sorry for the long message. THANKS GUYS

                        thanks man. i haven't measure yet, gonna measure on the 17th and see, but ever since i started, i've been having positive PI's. i get morning woods all the time, erection here and there, and there are times when i have longer flaccid. i don't know if the supplements are helping me out too as i am taking all of those, just got odor-free garlic tablets yesterday, so I'm taking those too 3 times a day. basically taking JPS supplements and 3 of the 5GS at the moment. whether i gain or not, at least I'm conditioning my penis.

                          That's great. I don't really want to be having to take all those supplements haha, but if they work amazingly for you I might reconsider. And also on another note, I thought it was pretty ironic for you to post on my progress thread because my mom is originally from the Philippines. Haha

                              you don't really need to take all those supplements, people say you can gain without them, supplements are just for giving you a healthy diet. so are you part filipino?
