    Hey everyone. Twisted things around again, todays routine felt good. i stopped using CHI silk because i started getting itchy around there, so back to baby lotion, probably going to get one that has vitamin e in it hearing from a lot of people that its good. well i hope everyone is doing good with their routine.                             Hey guys. Just finished up my routine and feels good. this friday going to be my 1st month of JPS Program. Excited to see if I've made any slight gains. Heck even a little gain will make me happy. If not, that's okay because I am not going to stop no matter how long it takes. Just going to have wait and see. Hope everyone is doing good. See Ya Guys
