  • Filipinoguy LOG. Better to PE now than never.

    Hey everybody, finally decided to make my own log to keep up with my progress. I'm doing JP 90 days routine. Started on 2/17/12 until now. So let me just break it down of what I have done the 1st week. Since I didn't started a log since day one, I'm just going to put everything that I did together during the first week. Haven't took any supplements that JP suggested on his thread, but I will soon. Been drinking hot green tea mix with honey.

    ​JP 90 DAYS ROUTINE 5 days 2 off

    CURRENT AS OF 2/17/12

    NBPEL: 5.4 inches (13.1cm)
    BPEL: 5.14 inches (14.5cm)
    EG: 4.5 inches (10.9cm)

    Didn't measure flaccid because i didn't know when is the best time to measure it because flaccid size varies depending on how you feel or the weather.

    SHORT TERM GOAL: 6"
    LONG TERM GOAL: 7"
    MAX GOAL: 8"


    2/17/12 - 2/23/12
    LOT is 6
    10 minute warm up ( the first 2-3 days I used hot wash cloth then I switched to rice sock)
    Helicopter shakes - 1:40 seconds (not sure if I was suppose to do it that long)
    Stretch penis to the left, did 25 kegels, pull straight out and stretch 10 big circles to the left and right
    Helicopter shakes - 1:40 seconds
    Stretch Penis to the right, 25 kegels, pull straight out and stretch 10 big circles left and right.
    Helicopter shakes 1:40 second
    Stretch penis Straight out, 25 kegels, 10 big circles left and right.
    Helicopter shakes 1:40 seconds
    Stretch penis straight up, 25 kegels, 10 big circles left and right.
    I also do kegels through out the days. I haven't been doing reverse kegels though. I should start doing those too to balance it out.


    WET JELQ AND V-JELQ

    Now this is where Im not sure if I'm doing it right because I am UNCIRCUMSISED.
    the first 3 days I used aveena lotion for babies, then I switched to the brand CHI silk and tried that. The silk seems nice.
    Anyways. I did 50 reps of wet jelqs and 30 reps of v-jelqs, but my only concerned was everytime I was jelqing, my foreskin would always roll back up to my glans covering some of it. Didn't know what to do so I just continued jelqing like that. Hopefully it doesn't affect my gains. When I do jelqs, I can see my veins popping out on my skin. Not sure if that's bad. My erection level was probably between 30-40%. Warmed down taking a nice hot shower.I just realized I was doing only a total of 100 wet jelqs and 60 v-jelqs when JP says to do total of 150 wet jelqs and 90 v-jelqs. Tomorrow I am going to start doing everything correctly.
    2/21/12 and today 2/23/12 was my rest day. I also did some edging for the past 3 or 4 days. Wasn't that long though. Probably only like 5 minutes.


    My journey has just begun. Hopefully i will see gains after I'm done finishing up the 90 days, if not at least I have conditioned my penis and I will try out new routines. Please guys correct me if I am doing anything wrong and give me some advices. Thanks and best of luck for me and to all you guys

    Nice Log mate! Very detailed.

    Regarding the jelqs, you could try holding the base of the shaft with the opposite hand so that the skin doesn't pull over the end. This is also a good trick to staying harder for longer I find. Remember that jelqing at 30-40% will target more length than girth. If you want perfection you need to jelq at 60-70% erect to hit girth.

    Stay focused, determined and consistent!! You will reach your goals if you do these things and give it time!

      Am I jelqing wrong? What does it matter if the skin on a uncut penis goes partially over the glans while you jelq? I've seen this posted a few times and to me it makes no sense...

        Thanks gymboi for the advice. I will do that when I do my routine today.hopefully I don't struggle with my foreskin. I really am aiming for length than girth but girth will be nice too

          I really don't have a clue too. When I jelq stroking up with one hand with pressure. I can see my veins popping out on my skin as I slowly slide it up. I don't know if that's a bad thing. As long as I see my head gets bigger. I feel like I'm doing it correctly, but I will try gymboi's advice and see if that works for me.

            Imagine you are gripping an egg while you jelq, if you jelq to hard you will break the egg... The idea is to grip just hard enough to push the blood up. Hope that helped.

              Kegels 50 reps - 5 seconds hold flaccid
              Reverse Kegels 50 reps - 5 seconds hold flaccid
              100 short & fast kegels flaccid
              1 kegel holding as long as I can - 14 seconds flaccid

              JP 90 days routine says 25 kegels during the stretch. I decided every week I add 5 more kegels to the stretches in all directions
              so this week I'm doing 30 kegels for each stretch. Also just to put it out there. My beginning of the week started on FRIDAY
              so my rest days are on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

              10 minute warm up with rice sock
              helicopter shake - 1:40 seconds
              stretch penis to the left, 30 kegels, pull straight out, 10 big circle left and right
              helicopter shake - 1:40 seconds
              stretch penis to the right, 30 kegels, pull straight out, 10 big circle left and right

              today's routine felt really good. Drank green tea mix with honey afterwards. Gymboi, I tried to do that trick you told me using one hand holding at the base to hold the skin while jelqing with the other hand, but it was time consuming because once I was done with jelqing up, I had to pull my skin back again, maybe i was doing it incorrectly, I guess I am just impatient, but i did notice that when I pull the skin all the way back (using silk is really good), and started jelqing normally , I notice my skin stops right behind the glans everytime, also my head expands everytime I jelq slowly up, so I know that there's blood going towards there. so hopefully I'm jelqing correctly. Anyways i feel good overall today, i would get erections on and off. thanks gymboi for your help though . Can't wait for tomorrows routine!

                The more you PE the more you will get used to it and find your own way of doing it. Time and practice is the key. You will get there bro.

                  Yeah thanks man, by the way, i love your progress log, it is really inspiring knowing that you started with the same size as me sort of, and now u are what now? 7" . Haha hope so bro. Hopefully i will catch up to you. Depends if I'm a slow gainer, but that doesnt matter because I'm just gonna keep at it no matter how long it will take.

                    Another great routine. Felt really good afterwards. I don't know maybe because I am actually exercising my penis at this age (23). Thinking about all those times back then when i never really exercise it, well except when i used to masturbate a lot and watch porn, and have sex all the time with my baby mama (i don't know if those counts as exercising the penis), but nothing compares to these types of exercises. As for the reverse kegels, sometimes i don't know if I'm doing it correctly, i push out like I'm trying to pee. i notice when i do reverse kegels while I'm naked in the bathroom, i see my muscles under my belly button flexing every time i push like I'm trying to pee. anybody please correct me if I'm doing it wrong. Other than that, everything went as planned. Drank green tea with honey mix inside. I really want to get the supplements that JP suggested, but i just don't got the money for all of it at the moment. Wanted to see if it really does help with the gains. Well I am signing out for todays routine, HAPPY PE'ING GUYS. HOPE EVERYONE IS GAINING!

                      Yes, sex, masturbation/edging are all counted as exercising the penis. That is why some people overtrain without even realising. Your RK sounds right, sometimes it feels like you want to fart too.... Just another sign you are doing it right.

                      I have drinks like that too, the only difference is that break a ginger capsule with powder in it too. I find this is a key ingredient for this drink.

                        Where can you get ginger capsule at? By the way gymboi, I was wondering if I can add another stretching exercise during the day. The one where you stretch in all directions for like 1 minute. Is that okay to add? Or is that too much knowing that JP routine already has those stretch exercises doing 25 kegels, but it's not the time limit one. Let me know.

                          Hey guys, just finished up my routine for today. so today's routine i kind of twist it around as you can see i did my kegels routine at the end. I also added a 1 minute stretch in all directions and a final helicopter shake after i was done with JP'S stretch, kegel, and helicopter routine. I don't know if that's okay to do. It doesn't feel like I'm am over training my penis. Just wanted to add more stretches to it. Other than that. I am done for today. Another battle routine tomorrow. Now i am going to go make my green tea mix with honey drink and DOWN THAT SHIT! hope everyone is doing good. i really can't wait to finished my 90 day routine. just have to be patient and believe in my gains.                             I get mine from a local herb shop, but and herbal shop should sell them. I originally wanted just a bag of ginger powder but these are better it my opinion, purely because you have the same amount with each cup full. It can take some getting use to for some guys, but i love the hot taste!

                            I would keep this routine the same for a while, purely because you are still pretty new to it and PE. It is very easy to fall into the realms of overtraining without even realising bro, less is more remember that. One thing that i do and would advise anyone to do, is lightly pull/stretch your penis through the day (Whether you are on a training day or a day off) for around 20-30 seconds each time. For example, when you wake up, every bathroom breaks, any quiet time you have and before bed. I feel this helps prevent turtling and possibly helps a little with gaining by keeping your penis in a constant larger state. That is just my opinion.

                            By the way, have you seen this link on PIs (Physiological Indicators)?

                              Thanks for the advice gymboi, I'll keep that in mind. I have seen that page for the PI. It is a really good reference to have. A very important one if you ask me. I haven't gotten any negative PI's. I get an erection here and there, especially when my babymama is teasing me. I dont know if that is considered a positive PI. Also I get morning wood everyday, but I notice that I have to pee first during the night like around 3am then go back to sleep. Then when I up. I have an erection. Well I hope that is a good sign.
