Hey everybody, finally decided to make my own log to keep up with my progress. I'm doing JP 90 days routine. Started on 2/17/12 until now. So let me just break it down of what I have done the 1st week. Since I didn't started a log since day one, I'm just going to put everything that I did together during the first week. Haven't took any supplements that JP suggested on his thread, but I will soon. Been drinking hot green tea mix with honey.
JP 90 DAYS ROUTINE 5 days 2 off
CURRENT AS OF 2/17/12
NBPEL: 5.4 inches (13.1cm)
BPEL: 5.14 inches (14.5cm)
EG: 4.5 inches (10.9cm)
Didn't measure flaccid because i didn't know when is the best time to measure it because flaccid size varies depending on how you feel or the weather.
SHORT TERM GOAL: 6"
LONG TERM GOAL: 7"
MAX GOAL: 8"
2/17/12 - 2/23/12
LOT is 6
10 minute warm up ( the first 2-3 days I used hot wash cloth then I switched to rice sock)
Helicopter shakes - 1:40 seconds (not sure if I was suppose to do it that long)
Stretch penis to the left, did 25 kegels, pull straight out and stretch 10 big circles to the left and right
Helicopter shakes - 1:40 seconds
Stretch Penis to the right, 25 kegels, pull straight out and stretch 10 big circles left and right.
Helicopter shakes 1:40 second
Stretch penis Straight out, 25 kegels, 10 big circles left and right.
Helicopter shakes 1:40 seconds
Stretch penis straight up, 25 kegels, 10 big circles left and right.
I also do kegels through out the days. I haven't been doing reverse kegels though. I should start doing those too to balance it out.
WET JELQ AND V-JELQ
Now this is where Im not sure if I'm doing it right because I am UNCIRCUMSISED.
the first 3 days I used aveena lotion for babies, then I switched to the brand CHI silk and tried that. The silk seems nice.
Anyways. I did 50 reps of wet jelqs and 30 reps of v-jelqs, but my only concerned was everytime I was jelqing, my foreskin would always roll back up to my glans covering some of it. Didn't know what to do so I just continued jelqing like that. Hopefully it doesn't affect my gains. When I do jelqs, I can see my veins popping out on my skin. Not sure if that's bad. My erection level was probably between 30-40%. Warmed down taking a nice hot shower.I just realized I was doing only a total of 100 wet jelqs and 60 v-jelqs when JP says to do total of 150 wet jelqs and 90 v-jelqs. Tomorrow I am going to start doing everything correctly.
2/21/12 and today 2/23/12 was my rest day. I also did some edging for the past 3 or 4 days. Wasn't that long though. Probably only like 5 minutes.
My journey has just begun. Hopefully i will see gains after I'm done finishing up the 90 days, if not at least I have conditioned my penis and I will try out new routines. Please guys correct me if I am doing anything wrong and give me some advices. Thanks and best of luck for me and to all you guys
