        I am on day 24 of AP90 and day 7 of no fap (doing only 30 days of no fap so i can lose any death grip i may have), the thing is i am facing a flatline, my penis is dead, it looks thinner and flaccid length looks smaller, how am i supposed to jelq like that? is there any way to get around this ? I just hope it does not affect my extender training or current gains

          Stick with it bro, everything will normalize within time. If you can't PE right now because of flatline then don't PE until you're rebooted.

          You won't lose gains, just EQ if anything, which should come back after reboot.

            • Just wanted to share this to sort of celebrate it feels amazing. As I noted I had a type of ED induced by having learned to masturbate prone and could not masturbate by hand it also effected me in sex positions I could pretty much only perform in missionary.

              Anyway I took the advice given to me by RickBhmcsb to take it easy on the masturbation and start working out. I have done both. It has been 16 days porn and masturbation free. I randomly got horny today and I successfully masturbated to orgasm by hand with no porn. The orgasm was intense. This is very encouraging for me on so many levels. So far it hasn't been an issue not watching porn. When masturbating prone I rarely viewed kind of became more of a crutch to get me masturbating the traditional way as I couldn't with out porn.

              Anyway guys thanks for this community and support I actually feel hopeful for my next relationship and future sex life... oh I am also down about 4lbs since starting the exercise as well and I can tell in the mirror. These forums are one of the best things to have happened to me so far in my life!

              • Well, here I am again. December was rough for me. After 2-3 months of being porn-free, my extreme stress in December led me to go back to my porn addiction. I am now re-starting the AP 90 (Day 2) and feel like I am more ready than ever. I started meditating more which really helps in dealing with emotions. I have porn one last hurrah on Friday night and I have the sites blocked on my phone (Blocksite app). The only workaround I've found is to go on Chrome incognito and look up GIFs on Google. Does anybody know a way to block that also? Cheers and good luck to all in our road to recovery.

                    • Have you noticed any triggers that cause you to relapse? For me it seems that if I drink or smoke weed the odds of looking at porn and fapping increase exponentially.

                        For me, I think the biggest ones are stress and easy availability on my phone/laptop. Plus, I only see my girlfriend once every 2-3 weeks so I have to use a lot of imagination for my masturbation sessions. In the past, I have gone 5-7 days without shooting my load. I read several sources which say men should be releasing their load every 3-4 days max to avoid prostate issues.

                            March was very hard for me and I partially relapsed. I was watching small snippets of porn every other day but not masturbating to it, so there's that.
                            April was much better but still rough.

                            I realized that certain websites would have ads that would trigger me to think about porn.
                            I have since blocked said websites and am implementing meditation to keep my mind focused and my spirit centered.

                            Any advice?

                            • Sounds like you're still on the right track. Addicting habits are hard to break especially when the temptation is right in front of you. Maybe take a break from whatever device you're using the most. Here lately I've been taking periodic breaks from social media plus I do take breaks from this site as well. Apologies to Big Al. You need that "down time" to refocus.
