    Wow, been lazy as hell lately 8 days since PE, not feeling PE as much, but I try to stick to it again.

    20 Min jelq
    20 Min stretching: 1 min 10 seconds

    All the direcitons
    straight up + 3 kegels stretch
    circle stretch upwards 10 directions left, 10 directions right
    repeat for outwards and downwards
    3 ruler stretch
    5 EraSlammers

              Gotten no PE because of simply zero privacy. Really annoying and I have had ZERO random boners throughout the day. All day small as fuck flaccid, I have no idea why. My diet is good, I am working out every single day almost, getting enough sleep, etc. I think it happens because I am used to do PE, so when I don't do PE, my dick gets confused.

                  ​I think it's time for me for a hiatus.

                  I have just realized that there is too little time for me to do PE for further gains. Life is now more complicated than it was 1-2 years ago and I simply can not prioritize PE anymore. Work, having just moved into a new place, with even less privacy, I simply find PE too much of a hassle. I can't stay consistent, which is what requires when you want gains when you already have one inch gain and I just feel like it's a waste or productive time.

                  I didn't reach my 7.1" goal, and I am not sure what MEG I am, but I am overall satisfied with my size... 7" is good enough for me in BPEL.

                  I do realize that taking this break, I might lose SOME size. I don't expect more than a 0.25" loss after a long while.

                  I do not know when I will return to PE, but it can be 1 year to even 5 years.

                  I will occasionally drop by to read the forum, once a week or once a month or so, but not as I always used to. It's been a good time here for the two and a half year I've been here

                    • I understand what you mean you and I have been here almost the same time, maybe it's best for a small break ( mentally and physically) this way when you do return back to PE you will be at a better mind set. Good luck bro

                      I would still try to do some light stretches once a week to maintain those gains with like little privacy I'm sure you can manage that .

                        Hey man, I'm glad you've come to a point where you're satisfied but it would be such a shame to lose your hard earned gains, even 40 minutes a week of a simple maintenance routine should prevent that from happening (assuming some degree of sexual activity or edging at least) from what I've read. Of course the rest of life comes first but if you can keep your gains then it's all been for something and will be forever and 40 minutes or so a week is a fair trade in my opinion. Congratulations on a massively successful journey either way.

                          Thanks, Rattler. I am def. thinking of doing some kind of maintaining by perhaps doing some jelqing during the times I have privacy and the time to spend. But I don't want it to develop into some half-assed routine, you know. So maybe jelq once a week or two at most

                            As we said in the past it's always very sad when posters disappear never to return. Nobody knows what happened to them. So even if it's just an occasional login, please do it to show us that our old friend is okay. Of course if in the future you come back regularly again, even better.
