Wow, been lazy as hell lately 8 days since PE, not feeling PE as much, but I try to stick to it again.

20 Min stretching: 1 min 10 seconds
All the direcitons
straight up + 3 kegels stretch
circle stretch upwards 10 directions left, 10 directions right
repeat for outwards and downwards
3 ruler stretch
5 EraSlammers
