Hey Stan I pretty much have the same question, what exercises are you doing while erect? Are you taking any supplements? And do you warm up before your stretches? Btw Congrats on the new gains

Speaking of gains... yesterday I hit a solid 9"7/16 BPEL, repeatedly
I probably won't have the time to confirm this today, unless I come home early tonight.
BTW 10"1/16 BPFSL is getting easier and easier to reach after a couple of stretching sessions, but I still can't get past 10" in the morning.Last edited by Stan; 01-05-2013, 06:59 AM.

I don't understand how you keep reaching new BPFSL
I basically stretch every day, yet it takes ages for me to see results.BPEL: 5.92 6.0 6.1 6.2 6.3 6.4 6.5 6.6 6.7 6.8 6.9 7.0 7.1 7.2 7.3 7.4 7.5

It's still interesting to see it that way, so I made a little graph of my gains from the info I posted here:

The timeline can't be trusted 100%, as I don't remember the exact starting date, I set it to May 15 but it could have been earlier.
You can see the gains really taking off once I had set the bases of my routine.
It also looks like my FSL gains have been slowing down lately, which I wasn't aware of.
Guess I'm approaching my ligs' limits
