Hey Stan, been a while! I was wondering how did you make sure that the centre of the camera was exactly pointing to the measuring point in your pics?

Hey Stan, what's your take on stretching after cumming after all these years, do you still do that everytime ?

Likely, I'm a bit out of date with your latest developments. Last I noticed you mentioned keeping the glans covered was a concern. Had you considered foreskin stretching to get more coverage? I was cut with no slack skin and after half practicing it off and on for a few years normally have half my glans covered.

Hey Stan, I believe I am definitely down my way to gaining bpel some more now.
I've been stretching 10-15min almost everyday and I added a few hours of straight down hanging with 1-2kg using a chinese vac hanger, I am addicted to hanging somehow.
Do you edge at max erection everyday, 7 out of 7 days, with no difficulty at all and using no supplements/ed medication?
Or do you only do this when you feel you've maxed out bpfsl and bpel gains are to be made at that particular moment(also called the sweet spot) ?
Could you describe in more detail how that has worked for you?
Is sitting down on your ass so bad for EQ as opposed to standing up and being active?

How does your EQ feel now, at 40+ ? Do you feel worse than in your 20s?
I was asking because I thought your constant PE activities would've helped.
Do you think you could lose 1" nbpel over time with no maintenance?

I switched to always keeping the hood on after I got some skin gains from the way I practiced PE, you don't seem to have gained as much skin as myself, and I'm only on my 3rd year of PE, but it definitely helped because of similar issues like what you said that I was having when leaving the head uncovered all the time, especially from wearing boxers.

Now that my PF is in better shape and my baseline EQ is consistently pretty good again, stretching feels like the old plateau days where no amount of force seems to do anything. Before my recovery I guess my IC muscle was tense and weak and that's what allowed me to gain BPFSL with much less effort than before. So I've clearly lost a bit of length but I'm happy that my unit is back in good shape, CS aside but I'm still working on it. And the good news is that now I can still stretch moderately without making the condition significantly worse so hopefully I'm not going to lose all my gains

I'm afraid I don't remember. Maybe the info is somewhere in my log?

Also, did you use to take it easy with the hard stretching during recovery (when entering a bad EQ "gains in progress" phase) or did you use the same intensity?
I used to take it easy in the few days immediately after the BPFSL gain when the base would feel kind of tender and hard stretching would feel kind of dangerous. Then as soon as EQ started getting better I stretched with full force again, in fact in that phase it was extremely resistant to stretching.

What do you think is wiser, measuring right before or after a session?
I used to always measure at the end of every session.

I have no idea, but very noticeably shorter for sure.

I've been trying, but as I've explained before the low sensitivity prevents me to get to max erection. After a few days with zero stretching other than a few light shock stretches here and there, sensitivity was a lot better and I was able to get closer but still no dice. Then I relapsed: yesterday I did *one* shock stretch just a little too hard and sensitivity was shot again...
