      Just letting you know that I am going to be doing your Lock and Shock Stretches for the next few months as I start university again and have to move back in to my shared room unfortunately. I'll let you know how I go!

      I've also been doing a few of each on my length days.

      • I did lots of stretching yesterday. Had crappy EQ so no measuring session, will try again tonight.
        The bruise has now completely disappeared.

        BTW, for some reason xtube didn't like my stretching video and removed it.

          • Great progress log Stan! I started adding your shock stretches into my stretch routine and really like them. I also do them when I go pee before JAI stretches although at a much lower intensity level.

            Keep up the good work!

            • Forgot to add I'll be adding your lock stretches as well as multiple stretch sessions per day once I get more conditioned.

                      • I've had very lousy EQ since last Sunday, probably recovering from the overtraining, so no measurements lately, but it kinda looks and feels bigger. This morning I was woken up by a solid erection, so I hope it's back now, will try measuring later today.

                        My stretching sessions have become a pleasure again, now that I don't have to measure BPFSL anymore. I compensate for the missing hard stretching/pressing by doing one more lock stretch, and by stretching harder. Adding more sessions wasn't a good idea, as it can quickly lead to overtraining (sore glans etc).

                        • EQ was still pretty bad yesterday, it has never taken that long to recover.
                          I'm not really worried yet, since I did have a good morning wood yesterday.
                          Will try again tonight.

                                This week is my 7th week of my conditioning phase. I feel pretty confident to start them now, I just don't want to over-train.
