  • You should only compare BPFSL measurements taken at the same time of the day and at the same point in your workout. Does it still change from day to day then?

      • I usually do 5-6 sessions of 3-4 minutes each. A single stretch lasts for 30-45 seconds, depending on grip quality.

        • No changes lately, EQ is invariably great, and max BPFSL is still 10"1/2. Sometimes it looks like it goes a little past the mark, but 1/2 is the most I can measure consistently.

          Glans still doesn't expand as much as it used to when close to max erection, in an attempt to fix that I decided to do a few slow jelqs again whenever I happen to have a semi, all the while hoping that the induced greater girth in flaccid and semi states is only temporary and doesn't translate to erect.

            What is causing your EQ to be like this ?

              What's your question about, the "great" part or the "small glans" part?

              I guess it's just great in the way it's supposed to be, and the small glans I have no idea, hopefully gains in progress...

              • So, you're roughly aiming for 30 minutes total stretching per day; is that correct? I've been aiming for 30-60 minutes stretching per day with the majority of my time spent stretching with my 'bar stretches' using it as a fulcrum.

                  I guess the hard stretching sessions plus all the short casual stretches amount to a total of about 25 minutes on average, but it's hard to quantify the casual stretches since I often do them without even noticing.

                  • Today for the first time I was able to consistently stretch to a tad over the 1/2" mark

                    EQ was pretty bad the last two days, couldn't get to 100% at all. Although it was decently hard at what felt like max erection, it didn't require much force at all to pull it down (my main erection level test), and glans is still small and soft.

                    I may have skimped on my kegels lately, I'll make sure to double up on them.

                    BTW there's been less tugback with my upward stretch kegels recently, not sure what it could mean. Also when jelqing I don't feel much of the usual "buildup" under my fingers when getting close to the glans...

                        I don't know, I've experienced fatigue from overtraining before, and it has never felt like this, more like a general loss of EQ.

                        The weirdest thing is I feel a lot of "push" inside of the last 3 inches or so (glans included), like it really wants to fully fill up that part too, but can't. That part is the same I can't fill up while jelqing either, and my upward stretch kegels feel like they stop there too...

                        I'm going to do some true edging tonight and see what happens.
                        I usually don't really edge but rather try to always stay far enough from the PONR as to not having to stop stimulation altogether. This is an habit I took in my BPEL measuring sessions, where I get better measurements when there wasn't any strong involuntary kegels immediately before. My control has gotten very good thanks to this, but it definitely made me forget that some aggressive edging was maybe also a good thing...

                        My unit was much less stretchable today for some reason, I believe I was eventually able to consistently measure a hair over 1/2" again but it wasn't as obvious as yesterday. I will need more measurements before I claim some gains here.

                        • UPDATE: BPFSL gain is confirmed, it's not quite 17/32" but definitely over 1/2".
                          So that's exactly 1/8" of gains since my plateau

                            • I'm definitely in one of my classic bad EQ phases now.

                              I can't get rock hard at all, not even close, angle is low, and the shaft looks and feels "broken" near the base, at all but the highest erection levels I can achieve.

                              At that erection level it should point straight out.

                              Basically yes, as hard as I can without losing the grip.

                              I only go for max power with my super short straight out lock stretches.
                              I got lazy with those at some point, and ended up forgetting to do them altogether, when I was stuck at 10.5" BPFSL; my last gain came a few days after I added them back.

                              I've only recently noticed that while performing those super hard stretches, I can see and feel a small shift in a spot near the base, until I reach max BPFSL.

                              Interestingly, it seems to be the exact same spot that I feel is "broken" whenever I'm in one of my bad EQ phases. Chances are that a good part of my gains have come from the stretching of that weaker section, which has to be "rebuilt" periodically, hence the temporary bad EQ followed by EL gains.

                              Needless to say that I plan on doing more of those stretches as soon as EQ comes back. It almost makes sense that I would still gain from them alone... that would be the easiest and least time-consuming PE routine ever

                              • Stan, had you always been 22.5cm before? I would love to have a dick that big! I would love to shoot for 23 or 24 cm, but today is day one for me and I am only 17! :-/
