Good to see you back in the game 100%. No rush and no worry, you've got plenty of time and the rest from the injury could spawn future growth spurts.

So far, untill today, I'm doing 3 on and 1 of with the following routine.

15 mins of heat up with rice sock
1 set of stretches : basic stretch 30 secs left, right,up,down and 2 tunica tugs.
        1 Set of O-bends - 20-30 secs
        30 mins of Jelqing
        couple of Uli's

Supps: 1-2 multivitamin tablet, 2 whey shakes (pre gym workout and after)

3 on and 1 off in the gym too.

I'm still afraid of measuring and it doesn't seem to have grown anything.

Sounds like you've got a good routine going... any gains?

I see that you haven't mentioned any measurements and I would be intrigued to know!

I'm afraid of measuring. I believe measurements won't be very motivating and will bring me down psichologically. I've been so fragile as a person and lack self-confidence a lot. Any incoming negative new will be enough to depress me.

I used to be quite like that, but there are ways around it. You may need to ask yourself a question like, do I want to live life worried about any negative that might come up, and not be able to deal with it, or do I want to be able to look fear/anxiety right in the face and come out the other side a stronger person. Believe me Learningtolive, it is possible to become less "fragile" as a person and be able to confront your problems head on. I'm proof of that.
Thats not to say I'm anywhere near perfect, but I'm way way better than I was. There is lots of help out there and as JonPop said, lots of help here as well. Its really really important that you are pro-active with your mental health, because if you dont have mental health, what have you got.

Dont be afraid to ask for help. Everyone needs help in one way or another, at some point in their life.

Thank you for such motivating words. Do you have any special tip you'd like to share? One that can be applied straight away to start the "treatment". Anyways I have faith that PE works and will not give it up.

When you feel like things are against you, when you don't have the strength to push on, remember these three things and how fortunate you really are.

                    I'm not cold.
                    I'm not wet.
                    I'm not hungry.

You can cope with one out of the three. You can live with two out of the three.
If you are all three, you are just one of the billions on this earth that are living in total misery.

If you are none of these, you are truly blessed and have NOTHING to hold you back.
Stay strong. Say these things to yourself and you will find a way to make your life happy.

                      I'd like to add:

A few times in my life I've been all three. Eventually you will find a dry place. Eventually you will find a warm place. And you will ALWAYS find someone that will feed you.

We here at the PE Gym offer support.

Will keep that in mind for sure.

                        Just a Physical Update:

Been noticing a inner vein swelling (that means it's not on the foreskin). One of the veins (that bifurcates into two ) that is situated on the left side of the penis' shaft, close to the glands, is swollen. It has not ruptured, but seems like I'm applying an Uli directly on those veins. What should this be? I've noticed before that this is, by nature, a fatter vein, but it has never gotten this fat ( I don't mean it's excessively big). What could this be?

Mine started that early on, it seems it took yours longer. You have one on both sides, the one on the left side of my unit got largest but it has remained very pronounced with no adverse effects. Could be you're showing some signs of a growth spurt. How about some new measurements man?

Stop doing ULI's for awhile. Just do some slow, easy Jelqing.

Good luck, but remember that growth is not linear. I had gained very little at all for about 6 weeks, then in the last 6 weeks I've gained most of my gains in my first 3 months of pe.

So even if you dont get those gains your looking for. You need to prepare yourself in the event that you dont. There is no reason why you cant gain, so just remain positive and it will come eventually. Think of it as laying the foundations now and bearing the fruit later.
