only extended two hours yesterday. I feel slightly overworked when I go more than 5hrs in a day. I think it could be just because I am not conditioned into extending yet? But i am feeling better response when I do around 4 hrs a day. For now at least.
I've been thing about supplementing my extending routine with light jelqing routine. I don't want to totally neglect girth work, however, I do not want to over train.
I've been thinking about making a jelq device and maybe 3x a week do a 10-15min jelq session with it. I do not have the time to wet jelq because I need to shower after with all the lubricant used and what not.
With the allotted time I have, using a jelq deice may be convenient and a good addition to my extending.
But I'm not sure yet.
I may start a different thread to gain some opinions....
JP90 is an excellent routine to start with. Conditions your member right from the beginning.
I did JP90 alone for two months.
The reason I started extending for the 3rd month of JP90 - and now just extending - is because of the time I currently have. I have a couple months left of being in college and having a significant amount of time to myself. No 9-5 just yet for me.
So I wanted to take advantage of it and start extending because once I am living a much busier life soon - I knew it'd be hard to extend then.
As far as gains, I am at about 1/4" gain in both BPEL and EG. My gains don't come easy.
