  • I also wanted to ask you are you taking extender off anytime while stretching? I seem to take mines off every hour due to head of penis getting cold and the underside shaft feeling some discomfort due to stretching. I rub for about 5 mins maybe less then strap back on

      Most I ever go is 2 hrs straight and it is usually the first 2 hrs. I usually do an hour, rest for 15min and massage then repeat. I am sensitive to extending so I cannot go for long durations without irritating pain. So every hour is a break for me mostly.

                Yesterday got a little hectic! AFter an extending session I took it off and put it in the belly pocket of my hoodie. Forgot about it and went to shovel my parents deck. 30min later I realize I lost my extender. Freaking out (being at my parents house) Im looking in the snow and all around the house.

                Thing is I forgot that I had hid it in a brown bag and put it in my car before shoveling. Im an IDIOT Lol but hey at least I found it and someone else didn't

                        Only did 2 hours as my member got really sore.

                        I dont know if it is from not extending for 5 days or if it because I did an intense manual routine two days prior and getting into the extending made it sore? Possibly?

                              Did 10min withe the jelq device. Got a great jelq workout. Did 5min rolling top/bottom - then 5min rolling left side/ right side (Like v-jelq)

                              Also, did a 10min massage to my pelvic floor - with an actual electric massager. It worked wonders and relaxed my floor so much! While I was massaging it, I could barely kegel it was so relaxing. Definitely going to keep doing it!

                              Did my routine RK work as well.
