    Ok. I slept well last night, so I feel much better today.

    I did my stretching routine last night (JP's + 4 40 sec hold A stretches right, left, up, down)

    This morning I did a 15 min warm up; 3 sets of 40 jelqs + 30 V jelqs = total 120 jelqs + 90 V jelqs (I'm working up to total of 150 jelqs); I did a 4-7 min session of edging with 3 erect bends against the curve. Put on my cock ring and did Kegels in the car on the way to work.

    I have some pealing in a small area of the glands that, hopefully, will be gone by tomorrow.

        HAPPY FN CHRISTMAS TO ME!! I know I said that I wasn't going to measure until 2013, but I am working from home today and all alone in the house. I got a private message today with question about my girth being slightly larger than it was when I stopped PE back in 2001. That got me wondering if I measured wrong, or if it was due to some swelling. So, It's been over 24 hrs since my last jelq session & I have no sign of skin swelling....I couldn't resist but to measure. I was VERY pleasantly surprised.

        BPEL: 7.125" (just a tiny bit above)
        MSEG: 5.875"

        When I measure I use the exact same ruler and thin cloth tape measure I used when I first did PE back in 1999 (Yes I did save them). When I measured back on 11/9 I was erect, but I didn't do any edging first. I did the same this time. So I got my lost 1/8th inch back and gained an additional 1/8th inch. I am officially over 7"!! (Which is something I couldn't seem to do 11 years ago, even with long sessions of heavy hanging.)...and my girth is definitely up by 1/8" since I stopped PE in 2001, which means I'm only 1/8" away from 6" girth!! My motivation has spiked!!

        I am absolutely amazed. When I did PE in 1999 I started out desperate to gain, so I jumped right into a very intense routine. I was spending 1-2 hrs per day. I didn’t gain anything for the first 3 months…I discovered the hard way that overtraining kills growth. I barely took any rest days for the first 3 months. When I started taking rest days I started to gain. But, perhaps jumping in with too much time & intensity was a mistake. I am now spending approximately 20-30 min per day with at least 2 rest days per week and I’ve gained in the first 2 months (technically started back in mid October).

        Amazing! I’m not getting my hopes to high. I know that typically with PE gains can be sporadic. But, hitting 6” MSEG would be a dream come true and now it is well within sight. I’m going to keep following my routine until early 2013 (plan on slowly adding more jelqs) and then reassess and change as needed.

          Yesterday was a great day overall. As a side note, I've learned something else. The wife and I haven't been intimate in over 2 weeks due to several issues beyond our control. I have been edging, but not reaching orgasm. Yesterday I just couldn't hold off any longer and "took care of business" myself. Well, my flaccid hang was much better. I actually felt a higher level of arousal for the rest of the day. I had better night time erections. The only drawback is I had trouble edging this morning; I just couldn't get to the PONR quick enough to have a short (5 min) edging session. So my new rule is to orgasm no less than twice a week, preferably on PE rest days.

          • 1 15 second Uli hold (I was feeling so good I couldn't resist - I keep the intensity relatively low)

          • 30 min Kegel session on my drive into work

            I had an overall good weekend. I got in my bodyweight workouts on Sat & Sun. My family had some holiday festivities.

            For PE: Friday night I did my stretching routine.

            Saturday I managed to get in all of my PE undisturbed.
            Morning: 15 min flax seed sock warm up while riding the bike. 3 sets of 44 Jelq & 30 V Jelq = Total 132 Jelqs & 90 V Jelqs. I also figured out by lightly massaging the glands at the end of each jelq, while starting the next jelq, I can stay more plump during my session. I got in 10 min of edging with 5 erect bends against the curve. (Note: I noticed that my curve to the left is due the fact that the left chamber isn’t as developed as the right chamber. If my left side was equally as developed I estimate that my girth would be over 6”. So I am going to continue to focus on enlarging the left side to completely correct the curve and to increase overall girth.) I put on my cock ring and was all set.
            PM: I got in my stretching routine which I JPs beginner’s routine plus 40 second hold A stretches to the left, right, up, down. I also started experimenting with Fowfers. I did 30 min straight, 10 min to the left, & 10 min to the right. I like these stretches, but they only seem to hit the ligs. I stretched my ligs considerably back when I used to do a lot of heavy hanging, so I’m not sure home much these will help me.

            Sunday was a rest day, however I did so some PE. I woke up with a raging erection. My wife was already up and in the shower so did several erect bends against the curve. Later that day I had the opportunity to stop by a local “Adult” store. I picked up a pack of 3 silicone cock rings (3 sizes: small, medium, large). I used the large to replace my current ring (which was several years old) which I wear around the base and ball sack. I am using the medium to put around the base of my penis. I simply can’t wear the small one without cutting off circulation. I also did 20 min of Fowfer straight down the middle.

            This morning I did my 15 min flax sock warm up. I then had a great jelqing session (3 sets of 50 Jelq + 30 V Jelq = Totally 150 Jelq + 90 V Jelq). I stayed very plump during the entire session. Unfortunately I couldn’t do any edging due to an unexpected interruption of my routine. I did manage to sneak in 2 EBs against the curve before I left for work. I attempted to set myself up to do 30 min of Fowfer on my drive into work, but I don’t think it is possible to get into position while in a car. I just can’t get the right angle to really feel the stretch. So I stuck with doing kegels. I put my cock rings on when I got to work (in the bathroom). I am planning on taking Wed an my next rest day.

              Another good morning, although I’m feeling pretty tired from getting up at 4:40am.

              Last night I did my stretching routine plus some LAS (Lazy Ass Stretches). I had a small about of spotting on the glands from the stretches.

                I feel pretty good today.

                I followed my stretching routine last night and managed to get in some LAS:

                • JP’s Beginner’s stretch routine
                • 4 40 second A stretches: Right, Left, Up, Down
                • LAS: 24 min BTC (then got interrupted), 10 min left, 10 min right


                The LAS feels really good. I am enjoying it and intend to keep this as part of my regular routine. The only issue is having enough privacy to set myself up in the stretch position. Once I have it set up, no one notices that I’m stretching. So, I wait to everyone is out of the room, get into position on the couch (with my drink and the remote very close by) and when anyone comes back into the room they are none the wiser. However, when I need to switch to left and right, I need to wait until I am alone for a moment.

                Today is a rest day. However, I did do some edging this morning, along with 5 erect bends against the curve. I am absolutely convinced that if I can expend the left chamber it will cure the curve and bring my girth up over 6”. I also masturbated to orgasm, which was definitely more intense than usual.                   Yesterday I resisted the urge to do PE in the evening, mostly because I’m coming down with a cold. I’ve been eating a lot of nasty sugary foods, which is causing me to feel lousy both mentally and physically. I need to get a handle on this before it starts impacting PE (it has already impacted my workout routine).

                  I slept ok last night. Woke up with great EQ. My flaccid hang was looking great, really big, when I used the bathroom

                  This morning I was up at 4:45am.

                    Other things of note:
                    1. I am no longer wearing a cock ring at night. This helps to reduce skin swelling.
                    2. I purchased some "Medline Remedy Skin Repair" hand cream per the recommendation of someone on this site. I am using it to reduce/prevent skin peeling on my penis (typically happens when I used to much intensity)

                        • Helicopters between every set of 50 + 30
                        • 5 30 second erect bends against the curve (Usually 15 seconds fully erect then as I lose the erection it becomes a partially erect bend)

                          I know it is just perception and some skin swelling...but I feel HUNG today!!!

                          Note: I had to take off my cock rings due to swelling. I even have some swelling in my scrotum. I'll give it a rest and let the swelling go down. It's tood bad I haven't hit this size without the swelling.

                                I took the last 2 days (Mon Dec 24th & Tue Dec 25th) completely off from PE. I didn’t even do kegals nor did I wear my cock rings. I had a lot of chafing on the shaft from jelqing and needed a break to heal. Plus, Christmas Eve and day, it was difficult to find any privacy.

                                I did so some PE this morning, but once again I am changing things up. The wet jelqing I’ve been doing has been causing too much chafing. So I removed the V Jelqs and I am doing more a dry jelq style jelqing, but still using Bag Balm to prevent chafing.

                                So this morning here is what I did:

                                • 18 min flax sock warm up
                                • 4 sets of 50 jelqs (varying areas of the shaft)
                                • Helicopters between jelq sets
                                • 5 30 second erect bends against the curve (turns into partially erect bends)
                                • 1 set of Uli bend against the curve


                                Then I put on my cock rings and did my kegals in the car on the way into work.

                                So, this progress log is becoming a bit of a personal log dealing with other things in my life. I will start with PE. I still want to get to 8” x 6.5”, but I’m not going to obsess about it. Right now 7.25” x 6” is a great goal and I will focus on that. I also really need to look at this as a very long term process. I have a tendency to rush things, but I don’t want to do that this time. I will try to keep things in perspective so I don’t get depressed when I don’t hit my goals. I am going to start measuring weekly. I want to track my progress more often so I can tweak my routine along the way. I don’t want to go 4 weeks only to discover what I am doing isn’t working. I also have to be more careful. I don’t want my PE causing my sex life (what little there is these days) to suffer. With all the chafing I’ve had recently it would make sex difficult (rough skin isn’t comfortable for my wife).

                                So, my sex life hasn’t been good for a while. My wife has some health issues which destroys her libido, and can make intercourse uncomfortable. So we tend to go weeks between sessions of actual intercourse. However, we typically do perform oral on each other around once time per week. I am not satisfied with my sex life at the moment. I understand PE will not do anything to help improve the situation. However, my wife is planning on making some lifestyle changes starting this week (exercise and diet improvements) which, according to her Dr., should help. Plus, she is going to go back to her Dr. to talk about adjusting medication. So, here’s hoping things will improve.

                                As for me….Today I am disgusted with myself. I am a person who prides himself on being in great shape. I follow a primal/paleo style diet; I follow a bodyweight style resistance training routine (Convict Conditioning); I do cardio consistently. Yet for the last 2 weeks I’ve let myself slip. I have been eating high sugar junk food nonstop. I estimate that I’ve gained 20 lbs in the last 2 weeks. This has also caused many other issues: acid reflux, headaches, tiredness, foggy head, depression, digestive issues, etc. Today I’m getting back to my normal eating, exercise routines.

                                Goals for 2013, to be accomplished by the end of the year:
                                • Reach 8” BPEL x 6.25” MEG
                                • Consistently have 10/10 EQ
                                • No longer have PE related issues (spotting & chafing)
                                • Improve my sex life with my wife so we are being intimate at least 2 times per week
                                • Get back to under 10% body fat
                                • Do 3 1 arm pull ups
                                • Do 5 1 arm push ups
                                • Do 5 pistol squats
