Good workouts. Due to the “Storm of the century” expected to hit Massachusetts I’m working from home. So, I was doing some edging this morning. DAMN! I really am looking “porn star” big. I hope it is more than just my perception. I hope its real gains. I really need just a little gain to keep me motivated. So, I’m holding to my plan. I’m going to do my stretching tonight and then take the next 2 days off. I will measure on Sunday and see if I’ve actually had some gains.
- 4 60 second A/V stretches: right, left, up, down
- JP’s stretch routine 540 degree bundled
This morning:
- Warm up in hot shower
- 25 wet jelqs
- Big Al’s girth routine (5 sets of 10 5 second squeezes)
- Fire goat rolls between sets
- 50 helicopters between sets
