Hi am just starting off my penis exercises
So I have a base masurement of 5 inches in length, 5.0 in girth at base, 4.775 MSEG
This is my routine for the first 3 months or so
10 minute warm up with 'rice sock'
5 mins of basic stretches ( up down left and right, twice each) ( progressively moving up to 10 minutes over the course of 3 months)
10 minutes of jelqing ( progressively moving up to 20 minutes over the course of the 3 months)
20 reps x 3 sets of kegals a day ( progressively moving up to 30 reps x 5 sets over the course of the 3 months)
20 JAI stretches whenever i go to the bathroom
''Start - Stop'' 5 times whenever i go to the bathroom
