  • My PE Journey

    Hi This is my log about my PE Journey. I will include details of what exercises I am doing plus my measurements every 2 weeks.
    Hopefully It will work so I'll keep an accurate account of every day I work in PE. If I amen't growing then the program will be changed appropriatly. Here goes nothin!

      DAY 2 (26/12/2012)

      Day off. Was busy doing other things couldn't get time to do much today. Did some JAI stretches every time I went to the bathroom . And also some Kegel holds randomly throughout the day

        Did JPs 90 day routine with 20 minutes of edgeing at the end. Felt great getting a good training session done. I didn't increase the intensity of the routine at all yet , I think I'll leave that off untill my member becomes a little bit more conditioned for it. Currently getting good PI's ( flacid length is longer than usual, EQ is getting better) Roll on tomorrow

          DAY (28/12/2012)

          Today is my day off, my member seemed like he needed a little rest so I've being going easy on him today. Doing JAI stretches randomly throughout the day. Also my flacid length is a LOT longer that what it was pre PE. I'm feeling good about it! Anxious to get started again tomorrow but as they say, less is more at the beginning !

            Had a very long couple of days. Got only two hours sleep last night and was flat out all day today. Literally fatigued :/ Couldn't get the time or privacy to do exercises (did some kegels though..) . Will have to count today as a rest day..

              OK did a good workout tody. Felt great to get it done today. Did JP90 routine but added extra 2 minutes jelqing aswell. Also edged for 10 minutes afterwards.
              I tried this new thing aswel although it probably already an exercise :P At about 50-60% erection level, i put an OK grip right behind the glans and then an OK grip at the base . Then moved the hand at the base up the shaft all while holding the OK grip on the other hand underneath the glans.
              Is there a name for this exercise?
              It seemed to bulge out my member alot!
              Again, great workout today ! Looking forward to tomorrow's workout aswel, which will be my last workout of 2012!

                  Routine:
                  10 min warm up rice sock
                  helicopter shakes 20 sec, stretch to left, 35 kegels, 10 big circles to the left , 10 big circles to the right.
                  helicoptor shakes, stretch right , 35 kegles , circles left , circles right.
                  shakes, stretch straight out , kegels, circles.
                  shakes, stretch up, kegels, circles.

                  12 minutes slow jelq's at 50% erection level
                  5 min warm down rice sock

                        Today was a good workout , feels great to be getting them in.
                        Routine:

                        10 min warmup - rice sock

                        Stretches - Same as yesterday's except instead of doing 35 kegels per stretch I did 45.

                        15 Minutes edgeing

                        13 Minutes jelqing (2 - 3 second jelq's @ ~ 50% erection)

                        8 Minutes edgeing - went passed PONR oops lol

                        5x20 second kegel holds

                        8 minute warm down in the shower

                              Rest day tomorrow as the lil fella feels a little fatigued.
                              Also I am going to make a Captains Wench hanging device and bring that into my routine probably sometime next week.
