    DAY 32 continued.. 25/1/13

    Was experiencing turtling , donught effect around circumcision scars, and pinkish hue along shaft. I held my grip too tightly while jelqing so will be going lighter with it in future.
    Oh and I just edged for 10 mins there and went passed ponr .

        Morning wood was rock hard and woke up really horny as well. Good indicators that the lil fella is back to good health.
        todays workout went like this:
        10 min warm up rice sock.
        A-stretches 5 x 25second holds
        basic stretches in all directions
        edgeing 12 minutes
        jelqing 15 mins at 60 - 50 % eq, 3-4 second strokes
        edgeing 9 minutes
        warm down rice sock 10 minutes
        shakes

          Nice flacid hang all day
          warmup 10 min rice sock
          Random stretches for 10 minutes including A-stretches and circles
          Edgeing 10 minutes
          Jelqing 50 - 60% eq for 15 minutes, 3-4 second strokes
          Edgeing 15 minutes
          Warmdown 13 minutes rice sock

          Dick feels pumped as hell after todays session. Feels great, flacid hang is good and big .

            warmup 12 mins rice sock
            basic stretches from jp90 routine
            edged for 7-8 minutes and blew my load :P
            warmdown 10 minutes

            Only half a workout so far today. I have an appointment with a job recruitment agency in a half an hour so no time for jelqs yet. will do them when i return home ]

              DAY 36 continued..

              Did 10 min warmup rice sock
              shakes and circle stretches to loosten everything up, A stretches aswel 30 sec holds x 5,
              50 jelqs x 3
              30 v jelqs x 3
              edgeing 12 minutes
              shakes and circle stretches just to loosten everything up again
              10 min warm down rice sock

              PI's today were ok, nothing major. morning wood is still very strong. can't think of much else that stud out for me in the line of PI's today.. I suppose after the rice sock warm up I noticed that MEG was phat as f''k ! I got frightened for a split second thinking something was wrong but then just seen it as a sign that the program is working!
              I look forward to measuring on day 60 , I really want to measure now but I'm not going to because it would just wreck my head if I measure too often. So once a month seems the ideal length of time. Plan on sticking with JP90 for the moment again, doing 3 on 1 off , 2 on 1 off, and doing extra A-stretches, edgeing and JAI stretches throughout the day. Also I won't be doing kegels everyday , maybe once every other day because I believe that because it is a muscle that you can consciously control, just like your bicep, that it needs adequate time to grow and repair , so for me that means at least 2 days rest between kegel workouts.
              Anyways, I'm enjoying PE so far, have good hopes for the future and very glad I found this community .

                DAY 37 , 31/01/13

                Last day of January wow that month just flew by!
                Had to break todays workout into 2 different sessions due to other commitments that came up.
                So there was a 4 hour gap between parts . Here is the workout:

                Part 1
                warmup rice sock 10 minutes
                basic stretching routine from JP90 with added kegel holds
                A-Stretches
                Edgeing 8 minutes, went passed PONR
                Warmdown rice sock 5 minutes

                Part 2, (4 hours later)
                Warmup rice sock 10 minutes
                1 quick set of circle stretches and shakes just to loosen everything up again
                50 jelqs, 30 v-jelqs, 20 jelqs and then stopped. (Here I noticed that little red spots appeared on the shaft so I decided not to continue with the routine . It's a negative PI albeit relatively harmless but just to stay on the safe side I decided to halt the routine and I went for a hot shower and massaged it in the shower, did some shakes and JAI stretches and the little red spots have now since gone. It is about 20 minutes now since I got out of the shower and am experiencing some mild turtling but I don't believe it's the negative kind of turtling just the type that will pass after 30 - 60 minutes after the workout. So bottom line is that all feels good , just wanted to play it safe after seeing the red spots and did the suggested thing of applying heat and massaging the area. I look forward to PEing tomorrow and hope everybody has a great month next month! )

                    PI's good I suppose, I was hornier than usual while jelqing, seemed to have to stop a couple of times to let the erection subside. all in all I would say my EQ is a 9 . I think I will start to do more length exercises in my routine soon just to stretch the ligs and tunica out a bit more. Will continue same girth routine , just adding a few little things extra into the length exercises..

                      day40 , routine was a bit different today , started off edgeing for 15 mins then came. then started back 2 hours later , routine was as follows;

                      warm up rice sock 10 mins
                      jp90 basic stretching routine with added a-stretches, 5 30sec holds.
                      edged for 20 mins approx - was very horny lol
                      jp 90 jelqing routine
                      edgeig 5 mins
                      warmdown 5 mins rice sock plus shower

                      great pi's , large flacid and very plump looking. also eq is still higher than normal

                        eq is amazing, about a 9 ..

                        same routine as yesterday except it was broken into 2 sections due to work., stretches and edgeing 1st then 6 hours later jelqing and edgeing.

                            OK for the last week or so I have been a bit all over the place with PE , I put this mainly down to starting a new job and working a total of 57 hours a week between it and the course that I am doing so it is hard to squeeze in the time for PE . Over the last week or so I would say I did about 2 or 3 full sessions and a couple of half sessions. I am going to try and find some time to get the exercises in regularly, though it is tough ...

                                Stopped PEing regurally for the last 3 weeks. :/ So I am going to continue now where I left off on DAY 48 . My flacid hang at the moment is the largest I've ever been . I have a new ''friend'' who is a nympho and whenever she calls around to my gaf we have sex at least 6 or 7 times throughout the day or night, I blow my load 2 or 3 times. My dick would be raw and about to fall off afterward but its only since I've been fucking her that my flacid hang has been soo big. I suppose all that sex would count as a workout in itself :P Anyways, I'm back to PE'ing , Yet again , so will post how my routine goes after I finish my workout which I'm about to start riiiiiiiight now!
