Hello Everyone!
This is my first attempt at a log. I have been lurking around for a while...there is just so much information through older posts that I just haven't felt the need to actually write anything; besides I am a newbie so I doubt that I would have anything constructive to say.
I started seriously on 12/12/12 -- I figured that while everyone was getting married on that day, I'd make a commitment to my penis (as if he doesn't get enough attention already).
Measuring is always a difficult task for me. Its like I would get nice and hard and then by the time I grab the ruler or tailor's tape, I start losing it. I guess its just that I don't find it very stimulating to measure (I must also add that I do not have any issue in the bed so no ED problems that I know of).
My first measurement and my starting point would be 7" BPEL X 5" MSEG.
This week I have done a series of "unofficial" measurements and all indicators are pointing to some growth. I have heard about this phenomena of newbie gains, so I will chalk it up to that. In case any of you are interested in knowing the measurements are more like 7.25 BPEL X 5.5 MSEG today. This measurement is in no way me certifying that I did gain anything...I will have the official measurements on 1/12/2013.
My workout...well JP90...of course! And as far as manual exercises are concerned I follow it to a T. I do supplement it with devices though, and when I am home I keep everything nice and warm down there with a rice sock. I DO use a Bathmate, and an extender I got many years ago. So my workout is as follows:
Morning - I do JP90 and follow up with a 10 min Bathmate session.
Evening - I put the extender on for about 5 hours and have the rice pack on me for most of that time till I get ready to go to bed.
Everyday I do Kegels when I think about them. I have an hour drive home from and to work so I Kegel the entire 2 hours.
Off days -- YES!!! -- I take them. Because I am using the Bathmate and extender I do the 2 days on 1 day off, 3 days on 2 days off pattern. Of course this past week I have allowed myself to go without the Bathmate depending on how I feel -- its pretty intense even doing it for only 10 mins. Key thing DAMAGE mitigation!! I would die if something didn't work because of something I did.
This formulae seems to be working for me. I have a nicer flaccid hang, and I generally feel heavier throughout the day. Turtling is minimized because I switched to boxers (and freeball when I can). Overall, I am pleased with the results so far especially in my flaccid hang. After doing this for 90 days, I will add more advanced routines later, so I may be looking for a mixture of advanced routines at that time--you may hear from me then.
Goals?? I am not going to lie that I am doing this solely for penis health. I WANNA BIGGER FRIGGING PACKAGE!!! And a healthy penis is an awesome side effect. I have never had any complaints about my size, and most think its good enough. But for me this has more to do with me. Its what I want to do; let me do this for myself....cause God knows everything else in my life is dictated by those around me. If I have to put a goal...I'd say the standard 8" X 6" seems to be a good starting point. When/If I get there, we will see how I feel and go from there.
