    Hello Everyone!

    This is my first attempt at a log. I have been lurking around for a while...there is just so much information through older posts that I just haven't felt the need to actually write anything; besides I am a newbie so I doubt that I would have anything constructive to say.

    I started seriously on 12/12/12 -- I figured that while everyone was getting married on that day, I'd make a commitment to my penis (as if he doesn't get enough attention already).

    Measuring is always a difficult task for me. Its like I would get nice and hard and then by the time I grab the ruler or tailor's tape, I start losing it. I guess its just that I don't find it very stimulating to measure (I must also add that I do not have any issue in the bed so no ED problems that I know of).

    My first measurement and my starting point would be 7" BPEL X 5" MSEG.

    This week I have done a series of "unofficial" measurements and all indicators are pointing to some growth. I have heard about this phenomena of newbie gains, so I will chalk it up to that. In case any of you are interested in knowing the measurements are more like 7.25 BPEL X 5.5 MSEG today. This measurement is in no way me certifying that I did gain anything...I will have the official measurements on 1/12/2013.

    My workout...well JP90...of course! And as far as manual exercises are concerned I follow it to a T. I do supplement it with devices though, and when I am home I keep everything nice and warm down there with a rice sock. I DO use a Bathmate, and an extender I got many years ago. So my workout is as follows:

    Morning - I do JP90 and follow up with a 10 min Bathmate session.
    Evening - I put the extender on for about 5 hours and have the rice pack on me for most of that time till I get ready to go to bed.
    Everyday I do Kegels when I think about them. I have an hour drive home from and to work so I Kegel the entire 2 hours.

    Off days -- YES!!! -- I take them. Because I am using the Bathmate and extender I do the 2 days on 1 day off, 3 days on 2 days off pattern. Of course this past week I have allowed myself to go without the Bathmate depending on how I feel -- its pretty intense even doing it for only 10 mins. Key thing DAMAGE mitigation!! I would die if something didn't work because of something I did.

    This formulae seems to be working for me. I have a nicer flaccid hang, and I generally feel heavier throughout the day. Turtling is minimized because I switched to boxers (and freeball when I can). Overall, I am pleased with the results so far especially in my flaccid hang. After doing this for 90 days, I will add more advanced routines later, so I may be looking for a mixture of advanced routines at that time--you may hear from me then.

    Goals?? I am not going to lie that I am doing this solely for penis health. I WANNA BIGGER FRIGGING PACKAGE!!! And a healthy penis is an awesome side effect. I have never had any complaints about my size, and most think its good enough. But for me this has more to do with me. Its what I want to do; let me do this for myself....cause God knows everything else in my life is dictated by those around me. If I have to put a goal...I'd say the standard 8" X 6" seems to be a good starting point. When/If I get there, we will see how I feel and go from there.

    In the days from my last post I did two days of the JP90 w/ the Bathmate (for 10 minutes). I did not use the stretcher at all for those two days. I am noticing the same problem I had with the stretcher in the years that I have used it...it's darn right uncomfortable and cuts into the area behind my corona. It is frustrating to say the least. At first I thought that the tension was too great, so I reduced it to almost nominal. I am guessing the area behind my coronal ridge is ultra sensitive to anything compressing it. I have tried padding of different materials, but none seems to work. I am looking at the Penimaster, but its cost is almost prohibitive at this point. Any advice anyone may have will be greatly appreciated. The kind of extender I am using is one with a noose that Size Genetics made many years ago. Since then, straps have been introduced. I am reluctant to purchase a new extender if there was some way I could make this darned torture device work.

    Due to some soreness, I took two days off. Hoping to get back to it tomorrow.

      Today back to the grind. I reworked the extender today and wrapped the noose with much more cotton this time. It appears to be working, feels a little better, but only wore it for about 2 hours; breaking for a few minutes between the hours. Took some pics today. After taking them, I kicked myself because I should have taken some starting pics!

        So, I am only 2 days away from my one month of dedicated exercising. Nothing has changed with my routine, but had some interesting developments. Firstly, my flaccid penis has visible veins!! Apart from having a nice, full flaccid; it now has veins! I'm excited.

        So my plan to do this incognito failed. My partner found the packaging for the Bathmate and I had to fess up to what I was doing. In a way I am disappointed. I wanted this to be my little secret....Good thing was that my partner said that he noticed a difference since we had not been intimate for months: "It is a lot bigger than I remember..." (mostly due to much better EQ I am sure). I measured this morning, and the gains posted in an earlier post are about the same. Again, I am waiting for official measurements on the 12th. By then I would have 2 full days of rest, and we will see where the chips lie when the month results are in.

            Things are markedly slower in progression this week. While girth gains have been steady, length gains have been nonexistent. This was probably due to my refusal to use my extender. I did, however; just received the Penimaster Pro in the mail today. Yes I broke down and got it. Today I am wearing it--and for the first time with any extender I can wear it for more than 3 hours (not including breaks). So far I am on 5 hours with the Penimaster Pro with only one 30 minute break. I was skeptical at first, but this has to be one of the most comfortable devices I have ever used!! Hopefully with the added comfort, I could wear this extender longer and realize some length gains this month.

            One of the things that I have noticed is the increase vascularity of my member. While I like the new look, I am afraid that I may have to adjust my Jelq pressure. I am circumcised, but have a very lose foreskin. One of the veins in the area of my circ scar is inflamed. I use olive oil to Jelq, and keep it fairly lubricated through out the exercise session. I think this has to do with how I am Jelqing. I have never attempted to hold the excess skin back and as a result, it is drawn upwards with the Jelq motion. The vein is not hard, does not hurt, nor is it indicative of a thrombosis as depicted on this site--but the area (as well as my whole shaft itches). Is this a negative PI?
