Hello any whom care to follow my journey. I will update this periodically, but most likely not daily.
I got the PE book which i would say all the information is already online, but it is much easier to have everything tabbed for you and quite in detail of various topics beyond just the exercises. Anyways, i am going to follow the standard 5 week beginner program suggested in the book. I am amidst of changing many aspects of my life. As of today, i am quitting smoking marijuana and cigarettes. I am currently 21 and have been smoking both since i was 16. I smoked a lot of weed, especially as of recent and probably smoked an average of 3 cigarettes a day (never a heavy smoker, more social) since i was 16. I am very happy to quit and see how my overall health and mindset changes. I also plan on starting an exercise routine to improve my strength and cardio health. Lengthening my penis is an addition to improving my life.
I unfortunately have always been self conscious about my penis for a long time (probably since jr high). I don't have a specific story of why i became self conscious. I am 5' 9'' and weigh 140 lbs. Despite smoking the past few years, i consider myself athletic and do have pretty good stamina.
I would like to attest and say i am a person who initially underestimated the size of my own member. I am in no way big, but i thought i was below average. At full erection i was 6.375" (Original starting erection was closer to 6'' i remeasured and found a more consistent measurement that took away length) To me, that is satisfying to realize i've been pessimistic about myself, because i became pleasantly surprised to know that I was bigger than I thought. My girth is , I believe, just below average, and definitely below average at my glans. But since reading a few threads on here, it seems like gaining girth near the glands is where most girth gains are (i think) so again, i am happy to know that my concerns to be fixed are reachable!
Overall, i am being very positive about this and my new life changes. Just wanted to say hello and welcome myself to the community. Reading the threads, you all seem so helpful and supportive! Below are my preliminary measurements and goals. (I didn't put goals for Flaccid girth around my glans, middle and base because i didn't know what a realistic measurement goal for the flaccid penis was. So i have left it blank but will continually measure the gains while flaccid and erect.
I can't wait to post my progress. I plan on starting tomorrow or friday.
Stretched Flaccid NonBone Pressed Length current 6.25" goal 7.5"
