    Hello any whom care to follow my journey. I will update this periodically, but most likely not daily.

    I got the PE book which i would say all the information is already online, but it is much easier to have everything tabbed for you and quite in detail of various topics beyond just the exercises. Anyways, i am going to follow the standard 5 week beginner program suggested in the book. I am amidst of changing many aspects of my life. As of today, i am quitting smoking marijuana and cigarettes. I am currently 21 and have been smoking both since i was 16. I smoked a lot of weed, especially as of recent and probably smoked an average of 3 cigarettes a day (never a heavy smoker, more social) since i was 16. I am very happy to quit and see how my overall health and mindset changes. I also plan on starting an exercise routine to improve my strength and cardio health. Lengthening my penis is an addition to improving my life.

    I unfortunately have always been self conscious about my penis for a long time (probably since jr high). I don't have a specific story of why i became self conscious. I am 5' 9'' and weigh 140 lbs. Despite smoking the past few years, i consider myself athletic and do have pretty good stamina.

    I would like to attest and say i am a person who initially underestimated the size of my own member. I am in no way big, but i thought i was below average. At full erection i was 6.375" (Original starting erection was closer to 6'' i remeasured and found a more consistent measurement that took away length) To me, that is satisfying to realize i've been pessimistic about myself, because i became pleasantly surprised to know that I was bigger than I thought. My girth is , I believe, just below average, and definitely below average at my glans. But since reading a few threads on here, it seems like gaining girth near the glands is where most girth gains are (i think) so again, i am happy to know that my concerns to be fixed are reachable!

    Overall, i am being very positive about this and my new life changes. Just wanted to say hello and welcome myself to the community. Reading the threads, you all seem so helpful and supportive! Below are my preliminary measurements and goals. (I didn't put goals for Flaccid girth around my glans, middle and base because i didn't know what a realistic measurement goal for the flaccid penis was. So i have left it blank but will continually measure the gains while flaccid and erect.

    I can't wait to post my progress. I plan on starting tomorrow or friday.

    Your girth is average not below. Most males have about that range 4.7-5.1. Your length is above average or the high end of average is some studies.

            So it has been nearly one week since I started.

            In that time i have had 3 sessions:
            WORKOUT
            1DAY OFF
            WORKOUT
            1 DAY OFF
            WORKOUT
            *CURRENT DAY OFF*

            My session consists:

            warmup
            stretches
            jelqing
            edging
            cool down
            (also every workout day, whenever i find time, i do 60 kegels of 2 seconds and at least 20 JAI stretches)

            10 min warmup with a rice sock.

            Stretches 2x each (SO SD SU L R) with helicopters or some variation to get my dick back to plump and hanging.
            My first session i held each stretch for 30 seconds. (My ligs are super tight)
            My second session i held just under 40 seconds.
            My last session i held each stretch for 45 seconds. I plan on being at 90 seconds each stretch by my 90 day. As long as my penis seems to handle the stretch fine, i will continue to add seconds.

            Then i planned on doing 250 jelqs. 125 v jelqs and 125 c jelqs. (My jelqs i consider are 1 hand for 1 rep, a little slower so i feel like i fill everything, and a quick tighter squeeze under my glans at the end to get a quick extra gorge before i release. This takes about 3 seconds i'd say each rep)
            I said planned, because on the first day i was only able to do 200. This slow twinge of a pain on my tighter left lig made me stop immediately.
            I knew i was okay though because it wasn't excruciating and the ligament felt better within 20 minutes.
            My second session, I had to stop again because of the tightness in my lig started to hurt again so i stopped. The tightness was less than the first time, but still to an extent.
            My session yesterday, I got through all 250 jelqs without stopping. The tightness was there, but not to where i had to stop. So I'm assuming my ligaments are loosening up.

            Each workout i finish with an edge session and don't cum. I'll masturbate another time but i prefer not to cum during a PE session from what i've read.

            The I Finish with a quick cool down with cold water.

            JUST A COMMENT, but when i say pain, i don't mean to a point where you should stop. I know my body quite well and would not harm my body and all of my PI's have been positive so far.

            I am pleased with my workout progress early. Does this seem like a good start?

            I have already seen minimal length and actually more girth gains. I have been measuring too often for being too recent so i am now making myself only measure once every 2 weeks. OR does 1 month sound better?

            Since joining the gym, i have been much more aware of my own penis. I have noticed my LOT to be higher. I'm not exactly sure, but it must be a solid 8 in my opinion, if not more. Also, I have a weaker Corpus Spongiosum from what i've read and it makes sense because i always thought of my penis to look flatter. My width is probably within 1/8" under 2" so i want to focus on this area after my 90 day, as i believe i can make my girth gains by targeting the CS.

                Cool thanks. And yes my EQ started at an 8 and is a solid 9. 10 on my finer moments. My eq is the first thing improving as I've noticed a subtle increase in my glans size as well.

                    I have read different viewpoints (which of course is typical) but why are most people's bpfl longer than bpel, yet mine is less? I have read that could mean I could be a hard gainer or an easy gainer, so basically the waters are j

                        Today concludes my 18th day of PE.

                        I measured myself wrong initially thinking my penis was larger than it was. I measured on the right side of the pubic bone, but it needs to be done in the center if you want to measure bpel correctly. For skinnier guys like myself, it hurt when i measured from the center because i'm bony so anything rigid hurts to be poked on my pubic bone. But i came to realize, that I was measuring BELOW my pubic bone, so no wonder it hurt because i was pinching the beginning ligs of my dick. ANYWAYS, my new measurements has brought my starting BPEL (what i thought was my NBPEL measurement was actually BPEL) down to about 6.125". I was a little, but not too discouraged of "losing" .25 inches because they were never there and also my reasons for PE is not to win a dick contest. Don't lie to yourself, because you will only end up discouraged and to me, PE is all about gaining confidence. It's easy for me to not be discouraged also because i have officially measured myself today and have recorded gains.

                        4/18: 5/5:

                        From a visual standpoint, my flaccid hangs much fuller. My head is bigger when erect. The biggest increase has been my increase in BPFSL. It was shorter than my BPEL originally, but now it is the same, and i think a tad longer now. I am amazed how quick it stretched, but of course i wish it were my erection seeing that jump in length gains.

                        Since starting PE, i have cut back on porn considerably. This is my first week cutting back ejaculation as well. Before it was nearly once a day, and right now i'm trying to keep it 2-3 per week max. If i decide to ejaculate, it can't be within 6 hours before or after a planned workout session.

                        PE really makes me pay attention to my body. I now know i have pelvic imbalance and have cut out kegels in the meantime and focused on both front and reverse RKs. I am still learning them correctly, as they are hard for me to do on a satisfactory level.

                        I'm glad i have been writing daily in a notebook my own personal log. I write my PI's everyday. I do believe that i was near overtraining when i edged for a long time last week. For the meantime now when i edge, i will only go to the brink of PONR one time. After a workout, edging can really take a toll if you go to long. I haven't injured myself, but i knew that one time i was close, so i lowered my intensity the next workout and I have had great PIs along with gains to show i am on the right track.

                          i read in an old post that most younger people see a bigger gain in bpfsl. What is the theory behind this, because i am living proof to this.

                            Actually I think I saw that most older people gained from it due to the ligaments and stuff being more malleable from being older ... though Idk

                              I am 21 and don't consider my penis as old yet. Lol. But I've never tugged on my penis before like I do now. The first few days my ligs were so tight and now they are much looser. I focus a good amount of my warmup at these ligs so I'm sure loosening them properly made it considerably longer.



                              If a moderator or whomever can move this to the progress forum, I would greatly appreciate it and like to continue this thread as an online log.
