    Today is my 31st day of PE and i just finished a great routine and felt like commenting about my progress to this point.

    This morning, i had my first (Official) monthly measurement.
    These are my gains so far.

    FSBPL: 6.000" (+0.65") = 6.625"
    BPEL: 6.125" (+0.45") = 6.567"
    MEG: 4.750" (+0.308") = 5.067"
    BEG: 4.750" (+0.375") = 5.125

    I have visually noticed a bigger penis. I had doubts and frustrating days where i didn't think it was working. When i started getting red spots on my glans, i finally realized that my jelqing was working and a little too hard. This assured me that i was on the right track, but I DID go with a slightly less intense jelq intensity to avoid the spots. If i get only 1 or two tiny spots, then i consider this okay, but anymore spots and i feel like i overworked my penis. I aim for no spots however.

    My current routine is as follows.

    10+ minute warmup (rice sock)

    Stretching
    -each stretch 2x each for 60 second hold (SO,U,D,L, R) - in between each stretch i stretch my penis in a slow circular 360 motion. (Slower as in i want to make sure my penis is fully extended and getting stretched at all angles of "the clock") . Each circle takes approximately 6 seconds and i do it 5 times clockwise with my right hand and 5 times counterclockwise. After the 10 circles, i spin my dick like a helicopter for 5 seconds each in both directions.

    Jelqing
    My erection is about 60-70%.
    I prefer higher erection levels to lower while jelqing.
    For myself, the stroke of only 1 hand is what i consider as 1 rep.
    I lay down while i jelq

    I do 125 OK jelqs. I focus to make sure pressure is on my CS since i really want to focus girth gains to come here.
    Each rep takes about 5-6 seconds. I jelq to just below my glans and keep my grip tight to hold the blood. while holding the grip, i start my second jelq and stop about 0.5-1" below my first hand. At this point, i can really feel the blood in my glans. From here, I slowly (And with a lighter pressure) I finish the stroke with my first hand over my entire glans. I emphasize the lighter pressure because it is said to not jelq your glans at all. It is more of a sense that i am barely squeezing my glans to make sure it is more engorged with blood and firmer all the way through the tip. It works for me as a checkpoint to make sure i didn't do a wasted jelq.

    I do 125 V jelqs closer to the 70-75% erection level because to me these can be done with a little higher intensity. I'm still experimenting with which way is better. I do these with the V grip sometimes with my index and middle and sometimes with my middle and ring finger. (it depends if my original grip is getting weaker) {just another sidenote but my forearms have gotten stronger from PE}, but regardless the both work the same so far, it just depends on my current grip strength. I have my V facing downward towards my toes like this /\ and each rep is just one hand squeezing with most of the pressure on the two CS 's from base to just below the glans.

    Edging:
    MY purpose to edging is to have blood expand throughout my erect penis fresh after my workout (still working out though) so it can fill the newly expanded or divided cells. That being said, i typically edge to the PONR only once and then stop and go to my cool down. and THAT BEING SAID, when i'm horny, i obviously do this longer, but i typically don't because i have nearly overtrained from edging.

    2 minute cool down. My cool down is quick yet feels so effective. I turn the bath water on to a little cooler than luke warm. I sit on my knees with my cock stretched under the bath faucet and let the water run over it for the time being. my grip covers my head so it doesn't get completely submerged under the water because i feel it may make me turtle.

    This concludes the main of my workout and takes about 50 minutes to an hour but i am not done yet. Whenever i find time on my workout day, i do 3 sets of 20 JAI stretches and also kegels. My kegels are as follows

    Kegels 20 kegels where i hold each kegel for 10 seconds and squeezed near as tight as possible
    50 kegels held at 2-3 seconds each. Squeezed at medium strength.
    100 kegels done as fast as possible with light to medium strength.

    THEN I AM COMPLETELY DONE FOR THE DAY and try not to touch my penis at all until my next work. I TRY. I used to masturbate and ejaculate nearly everyday. Now i ejaculate about 1-2x a week. I really feel like cutting masturbation has helped my EQ and my overall gains because my penis (as most that i've read) get smaller after ejaculating while masturbating.

    My workouts have been 1 day on and 1 day off since i started. When my gains slow down, i will go 2 on 1 off, but i feel like within the past week, i have begun perfecting my workout and really enjoy my routine and wanted to share.

      i just wanted to add how that in the last week, i became really focused on my kegels. No more half assed, get a few kegels in routine. I focus and try to do as best a kegel as i can for every single contraction.

      I'm saying this because i've noticed my EQ improve this week along with girth gains and i'm pretty sure i can thank kegels (as well as a few RK sets because i am sure i have pelvic imbalance, but my symptoms have improved since PE)

        Quick Intermission to restate hello quickly,

        Was able to salvage my thread and update it in the Progress forum now. Thanks Big O



        Today i woke up at 5 am and had a massive hardon.... The most firm feeling boner I've felt in a long time. I normally don't wake up this early, so i'm assuming it was penis that woke me up. I'm losing sleep, because of my penis, Damn you PE....

Off days are my favorite now because i know i'm growing but these are tougher for me because in my head i want to train and grow more! but i know this is not the right mentality so i've learned to love each day and just PE in general.

          Just finished another great workout!

          My routine is the same as the one i posted 3 days ago except today i experimented with RIB's testicle jelqing. I did 25 upward and 25 downward. I might slowly up this with time, but right now i am only experimenting with it, so this should suffice for the next week at least or so.

          Today while PEing, these were my thoughts,

          -Wow my cock is definitely growing and looks healthy.

          -It is not the biggest by any means, but could be featured in a nice article in a dick magazine.

          -My glans have gotten the most gains in size. I noted today how much easier it is to grip while stretching since my glans has grown.

          -My CS is protruding now with no effort (kegel effort). Before, i had to kegel to notice my CS.

          -I used to have a super tight left lig and it has loosened up considerably.
          -Flaccid cock is bigger in both length and girth. Today i noted that when i twirl my dick (helicopter, keychain, whatever...) my head hits my cock on my leg further than it used to. Also, i used to have to helicopter right at the base of my penis to get the twirling action. Now i can move my hand at least a good 2 inches further up and get the same twirl sensation. This has me conclude that on top of gains, my penis is much more flexible any given moment.

          -My veins were never very prominent before, except for one. Now they are more noticeable and look like blood flows well. I looked like a sissy dick that didn't want to mud wrestle with the females. Now i look like my dick had the sickest underground dojo training and is ready to conquer any pussy. (just kidding, i'm not that type of guy, however i don't care if you are). I prefer the manlier cock much more.

          This sums up the good PE and thoughts i had while doing PE today.

            Today marks my 40th day of PE. (But it's an off day)

            I have been Super Consistent since starting and have not missed out on one workout and have not half assed one workout.
            I do not post every workout here, but i update this log if i changed my routine or had some thoughts or questions i wanted to get across.
            Also, i keep a daily journal strictly for PE that i write in every single day.

            My Routine has been 1 day on and 1 day off from the start. I know i want to incorporate 2 days on and 1 day off eventually. I can tell that my penis is a lot more conditioned, yet i am not sure if i should up my routine quite yet. I'm going to have an official measurement in 5 days (halfway mark of 90 day conditioning) to see my gains over the past 10+ days and then maybe go from there if my route needs more. For now i think i will be okay though.

            - If more experienced PE'ers had insight of how and when they knew to add days to there routine, that would be much appreciated.

            Just for fun, last night i measured my BPFSL and it was easily 6.75". It's gained .75" in about 5.5 weeks. It just looks so much longer when i pull on it. When flaccid, my head feels so much bigger to when i take a piss. It's crazy how my penis has changed so much for the better in such a short time. I note fine changes well, and i can't believe how much bigger my erection looks to me too. I hated that i had a small head, but jelqing has fixed that considerably. I am so pleased with my results and i am only halfway through with my beginning phase. I don't plan on stopping until i have at least hit my goals.

            Also i wanted to mentally set a mini goal to keep my motivation when my ultimate goal still seems distant. My short term goal is 7"x5.25". I would love to have this achieved by the end of my 90 day, but i will not curse my penis if he is not ready for that size by then. I can't wait for my official measurement in 5 days because i think (I KNOW) my BPEL has gotten a little bigger too since last week. I like the suspense of making myself wait for an official measurement now. I used to measure every day. I think that is okay in the beginning, but then you settle in and realize you don't get the best erections all of the time, so i realize at least a week's wait should be good for now. And when gains slow considerably, a month....and so forth...

              Haven't had my computer working with no wifi at this new place I'm staying at so the phone has to suffice for now.

              I have new measurements to update my sig when I get my computer working.

              Today is either my 45 or 46th day of PE. I am now at

              Bpel 6.625 (+.5")
              Meg 5.25. (+.45")

              I have pretty much gained a half inch both girth and length throughout my first month and a half.

              I am so happy feel accomplished because of my consistency and I actually have something to show for

              I took pictures of my cock (I won't post) and it just looks so different now than it used to. The veins are so large and abundant now: my CS is appearing much more than before (it honestly looked like it caved in but now it protrudes on it's own).

              My girth has gained so much more than expected. My EQ is wonderful. But even when I can't get a full EQ for whatever reason, it still looks much larger.

              My routine has been the same the past week+.

              My jelqing session was the best I had today. Ok grip I have perfected. The V I'm still trying to figure out what is best for me. I am not feeling perfection yet but I will eventually.

              Anyways, I have concluded that I will stay on a 1 day on, 1 day off routine for a little longer now. I'll recheck my status in a week and decide if I should up it to 2 on 1 off. No rush though.

                  I have these diabetic socks that have less restriction on your ankles for increased blood.. (I dont have high blood sugar or anything, they just happened to be as cheap as regular socks) Anyways I forgot what they stood for but they say PE on them and I thought it was funny. These are now my socks when I PE. I will be completely nude, with these long white PE socks. I'm thinking everyone needs these socks to increase blood flow circulation from your feet back to you cock. Ok. That is all I want to rant about the socks.

                  In other news, I am staying at a new place and can't figure out the wifi password (no one who lives here knows either, what the hell...) I hate using my phone for Pegym. (Where's the damn app already??) and the only place I get wifi now is when I go to the library and it's blocked by their servers. So I can't check the forums as much recently, kind of blows.

                  Okay enough about the wifi rant..

                  I have a workout today (YES, I LOVE WORKOUT DAYS) it will be a good one because I'm looking forward to it.

                    I have still been as dedicated as ever, (you don't want to know where I have PE'd to squeeze a session in...). I have a new housing situation with family that is always home, so I've been a nocturnal dick tugging maniac on top of the the events in parenthesis,

                    but ANYWAYS, I started jelqing too hard and the end result was a pretty large bruise on the right undershaft just below the glans. To be honest, I did not take days off (I've still kept the 1 day on 1 day off since I started (I think today is like my 59th day since starting PE and I have not measured in awhile [i'm going to, once I return back to my "home" on Wednesday [but who knows really?)
                    .. Like I was saying, I didn't take days off despite the bruise, but when my PE day came up and the bruise (much less faint) was still there, I resorted to a very light but complete workout of my jelqs. The glans still expand and the bruise has almost completely gone away (about two days). My stretching was the same intensity. I will continue with a much lighter grip for jelqs.

                    There are two reasons why my grip became tighter through jelqing,
                    1)my grip/fingers continually to get a little stronger through PE and outside exercises
                    2)I'm becoming over zealous and need to realize that PE is a commitment, not a race (however, any gains coming quickly are WELL APPRECIATED!) lol.

                    I like not measuring right now because I want to visually try and see a difference before I get the mechanical straight hard fact numbers... And visually, my glans are the biggest they have ever been, especially when I Kegel hard while erect.

                    In a sense, I feel like it is time to add an extra day (I have told myself this for weeks) but at the same time I am in no rush (commitment/ not race)... I think checking my measurement soon will determine that, but regardless it is my commitment that doesn't not need to change and I DO believe that is what I am most proud of. So it's time to measure soon, as the numbers will speak of my technique...

                      My routine has been the same EXCEPT on my stretches, I do quick kegels in between and I really feel an extra tug while kegeling and stretching in the up direction.

                      ALSO, Instead of stretching 2x in each direction, I stretch in this order (out, up, down, left, right, up-right, up-left, down-right, down-left, out).

                      I credit jay1983 to my new stretch routine and I must say I feel more confident in my technique by focusing on different angles now.

                      My girth is still about 5.25" around (meg and beg)

                      But my length has finally hit just above 6.75". (At 7" I think I'm throwin a party)

                      I am very happy to see a gain in length, because it had seemed stagnant the past few weeks, but the tweaking to my stretching has given me confidence in my new routine.

                        I am rounding out my 90 day of my own basic program. I think around day 87 or so.. anyways, I have finally started to look at new stretches because i felt i needed better leverage. My new routine i did as of today and will continue is as follows..

                        -10 minute warmup

                        -1 minute stretches each (out, up, down, left right)

                        -1 minute stretches of my modified version of the A / V stretches (up-left, up-right, down-right, down-left)

                        -25 clockwise, 25 counterclock stretches

                        -helicopter both ways for 1 minute

                        -125 ok jelqs (pressure focused on CS)

                        -125 ok jelqs (pressure focused on CCs) [i rotate my grip 90 degrees]

                        - supra slammers ( i just started these 2 sessions ago) i did 7 today. ( i will slowly increase these, because they are very intense but i believe they are super effective for girth and EQ)

                          I could have waited for the end of my 90 day, but i just had a big urge to measure today.

                          First, I want to say, that my girth measurement had been off for the past month i measured with a cord that was thicker and i believed my girth to be bigger than it was. I now measure with a piece of floss, because it is thinnest and i believe the most accurate to measure. Despite the "setback", i am in no way disturbed.

                          I literally am in shock, i didn't expect to find this much success this quick with PE.

                          My gains in about 88 days of PE are as follows

                          BPEL : 6.125 6.875" + 3/4"
                          UEG: 4.125 4.5 + 3/8"

                          MEG: 4.75 5.07 + 1/3"
                          BEG : 4.75 5.125 + 3/8"

                          Once again, i am very pleased and thankful for finding this site and continuing my PE journey.

                            Nice gains so far! Reading through your log it seems that you have the right mindset and approach to PE, your success is proof of your dedication and restraint (it gets tempting to go at it harder when gains start coming, but you've shown patience and have been rewarded for it). Good luck as you continue your journey.

                              Following your log has helped me a lot in my mindset so as far as both our successes go, it's about positivity and patience. And I've been surprised by my gains as well.

                                I love supra slammers. I've noticed my glans getting bigger each session. Yesterday I did 8. I'm going to add one more each session until I get to 10 and then maybe add 2 each week until I get to 20. Supras do wonders for my EQ. Wow!
