Today is my 31st day of PE and i just finished a great routine and felt like commenting about my progress to this point.
This morning, i had my first (Official) monthly measurement.
These are my gains so far.
FSBPL: 6.000" (+0.65") = 6.625"
BPEL: 6.125" (+0.45") = 6.567"
MEG: 4.750" (+0.308") = 5.067"
BEG: 4.750" (+0.375") = 5.125
I have visually noticed a bigger penis. I had doubts and frustrating days where i didn't think it was working. When i started getting red spots on my glans, i finally realized that my jelqing was working and a little too hard. This assured me that i was on the right track, but I DID go with a slightly less intense jelq intensity to avoid the spots. If i get only 1 or two tiny spots, then i consider this okay, but anymore spots and i feel like i overworked my penis. I aim for no spots however.
My current routine is as follows.
10+ minute warmup (rice sock)
Stretching
-each stretch 2x each for 60 second hold (SO,U,D,L, R) - in between each stretch i stretch my penis in a slow circular 360 motion. (Slower as in i want to make sure my penis is fully extended and getting stretched at all angles of "the clock") . Each circle takes approximately 6 seconds and i do it 5 times clockwise with my right hand and 5 times counterclockwise. After the 10 circles, i spin my dick like a helicopter for 5 seconds each in both directions.
Jelqing
My erection is about 60-70%.
I prefer higher erection levels to lower while jelqing.
For myself, the stroke of only 1 hand is what i consider as 1 rep.
I lay down while i jelq
I do 125 OK jelqs. I focus to make sure pressure is on my CS since i really want to focus girth gains to come here.
Each rep takes about 5-6 seconds. I jelq to just below my glans and keep my grip tight to hold the blood. while holding the grip, i start my second jelq and stop about 0.5-1" below my first hand. At this point, i can really feel the blood in my glans. From here, I slowly (And with a lighter pressure) I finish the stroke with my first hand over my entire glans. I emphasize the lighter pressure because it is said to not jelq your glans at all. It is more of a sense that i am barely squeezing my glans to make sure it is more engorged with blood and firmer all the way through the tip. It works for me as a checkpoint to make sure i didn't do a wasted jelq.
I do 125 V jelqs closer to the 70-75% erection level because to me these can be done with a little higher intensity. I'm still experimenting with which way is better. I do these with the V grip sometimes with my index and middle and sometimes with my middle and ring finger. (it depends if my original grip is getting weaker) {just another sidenote but my forearms have gotten stronger from PE}, but regardless the both work the same so far, it just depends on my current grip strength. I have my V facing downward towards my toes like this /\ and each rep is just one hand squeezing with most of the pressure on the two CS 's from base to just below the glans.
Edging:
MY purpose to edging is to have blood expand throughout my erect penis fresh after my workout (still working out though) so it can fill the newly expanded or divided cells. That being said, i typically edge to the PONR only once and then stop and go to my cool down. and THAT BEING SAID, when i'm horny, i obviously do this longer, but i typically don't because i have nearly overtrained from edging.
2 minute cool down. My cool down is quick yet feels so effective. I turn the bath water on to a little cooler than luke warm. I sit on my knees with my cock stretched under the bath faucet and let the water run over it for the time being. my grip covers my head so it doesn't get completely submerged under the water because i feel it may make me turtle.
This concludes the main of my workout and takes about 50 minutes to an hour but i am not done yet. Whenever i find time on my workout day, i do 3 sets of 20 JAI stretches and also kegels. My kegels are as follows
Kegels 20 kegels where i hold each kegel for 10 seconds and squeezed near as tight as possible
50 kegels held at 2-3 seconds each. Squeezed at medium strength.
100 kegels done as fast as possible with light to medium strength.
THEN I AM COMPLETELY DONE FOR THE DAY and try not to touch my penis at all until my next work. I TRY. I used to masturbate and ejaculate nearly everyday. Now i ejaculate about 1-2x a week. I really feel like cutting masturbation has helped my EQ and my overall gains because my penis (as most that i've read) get smaller after ejaculating while masturbating.
My workouts have been 1 day on and 1 day off since i started. When my gains slow down, i will go 2 on 1 off, but i feel like within the past week, i have begun perfecting my workout and really enjoy my routine and wanted to share.
