    Alright I haven't updated in a while. I haven't been exercising as regularly as I cut porn out entirely from my routine and getting stimulated on my own without it has been a bit challenging. I'm still at about 7in BPEL/18cm. Girth's about the same too. I'm taking a break from clamping and switching to hanging.


    The DIY pump just didn't work. I need a better way to make a seal, some kind of soft gel that hardens but still retains squishiness.

      Pushing 18.5cm bpel and 13.5cm girth! Broke my cable clamp today. Felt pretty good about that. This is the first time I notice girth changes. Still nowhere near an inch in girth gains but from just barely 5in girth to 5 1/4in feels great.

          Ordered a new cable clamp to replace the broken red one, bigger one this time. Maybe I can get better clamping with it. I never could really get the red one around my root comfortably.

          Having some relationship trouble. Trying not to let it break me down.

            New clamp arrived. Bigger than the old red one, this one's blue. A lot easier to fit around me but I have to add 3 strips of mousepad to get the same tightness. It's actually not a bad thing, the extra padding is more comfortable.

              How is your eq after clamping? I always wanted to try it and maybe I will in the future.

                It's great, works great. My suggestion on clamping; try to get padding that has some lip on it so that it doesn't slide out from under the clamp when you tighten it.

                    Haven't updated for a while. Been doing ejac retention, started hanging every day and will sometimes jelq after. Also on a raw food diet for a while.

                    I have nearly 19.5 cm of BPFSL and am going at about the same BPEL. BPEL is getting to the point where it's better than BPFSL. It's not there yet but it's getting there.

                    Had a minor injury when doing compression squeezes, noticed some blood on my dick, freaked out, just some burst capillaries on the surface. Gonna stick with hanging for now, I think a combination hanging/squeezing is dangerous as the skin's weak after hanging.

                    Girth isn't really changing but I feel girthier, more swelled up to my maximum when resting. Still at 5 inches exactly though, maybe I'd be bigger if I could get fully erect but still can't get a full hardon. It's better than it used to be though.

                    At this rate I'll be at 8 inches BPEL in a few months. I just hope my EQ keeps improving.

                      Accidentally spilled my load 2 days ago. Trying the new electro device, it made me feel funny and after I took it off without doing anything I just popped. Going back on ejac retention, noticed less EQ the day after I blew it.

                        Weird weird weird thing when using the electro device. I let it just shock me for a long time then felt an orgasm out of nowhere. My nuts visibly shrank that's how intense it was... but nothing came out. I pissed to clear my bladder and check for maybe retrograde ejaculate but the piss was crystal clear.

                          Ok update... been hanging almost every day. Had been doing hour long increments but started getting some dark purplish color on my dick so decided to cut it down to half hour increments. Been using the same amount of weight too, gonna go up a few pounds tomorrow.

                          Haven't ejaculated. Not once. Unsure if it's benefiting or harming me. I think I might've lost some length from overtraining. Not sure.

                          Measuring at only 6.5 some days, 7 at others, 7.5 still at others. Fluctuating between an inch gap.

                          The tunica has been stretched that's for sure. Is it stretched all the way? No. I still have a ways to go.

                          Measuring 7.5 BPFSL. Measuring correctly, lightly pressed against the upper pubic bone to the head.

                          I think I have an inch and a half of 'potential' once the tunica has been fully stretched out. It's gonna take a year at least probably but that's maybe 9 inches to look forward to. I think I'm gonna stop hanging when I get to that and just do girth.

                              Ejaculated yesterday. Weird, noticed that some of it was in solid thin strands.

                              So that was a month without going. It wasn't even that great and I don't miss doing it. I like edging much better.

                                Ejaculated again, this time because I was starting to read all these articles about it being dangerous, possibly causing male sterility to retain ejaculation. After doing it and reading more tantric/daoist stuff I'm convinced the 'scientific' opinion is just that, an opinion based on lack of evidence. It's difficult because ejaculation is such a strong compulsion in most men, very difficult to get straight unbiased answers as to whether it's harmful or helpful to do it regularly.

                                Semen was very watery and 'flat'.

                                I'm studying the neural and ductile connections to the seminal vesicle in hopes of finding real evidence that semen is not just continually pumped into the testicles regardless of whether the body expels it.

                                I was definitely noticing a lot of retrograde ejaculation, which is where urination expels semen without arousal. You can feel it happening and it doesn't feel good.

                                Going to really stick to practices that draw the energy inward.

                                I don't believe my constant ejaculation and porn watching was remotely healthy. Not remotely.

                                Also have been hanging pretty much daily. BPEL is still around 7.5 despite hanging a lot. I think I'm hitting some kind of wall and need to up the weight.
