Hey Guys,
Tomorrow being my "official" first month of PE completed, I find it the right time to get my log started. I have engaged in a light PE routine the past few weeks, focusing more on PE technique and learning my body's various responses. Naturally, this type of learning doesn't just stop after one month, and I plan to continue to ease into my PE routine in the coming months.
You can read my introduction thread here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/introdu...ectionist.html
With one month of preliminary PE exercise under my belt, I'm going to work towards tracking my experience here on this thread from now on. Though I'll take "official" one-month measurements tomorrow (July 1st), my measurements as of today are:
BPEL: 6.25 in.
EG(midshaft): 4.75 in
EG (base): 5 in.
FL (varies all the time): 4 in. on average
Haven't made any gains yet which is okay by me- still getting the hang of this stuff. I haven't yet noticed a drastic improvement in EQ either- something I might ask you guys about if I don't see any improvement over the next month. In any case, my routine is as follows:
-10-20 min Warm Up with a Rice Sock
-Basic Manual Stretching (Down, Left, Right, Up, Out - 25 LIGHT kegels for each direction, followed by 5 circle stretches both clockwise and counterclockwise)
-10 min Jelqing (5 second strokes)
-10-20 min Edging
-100-200 Kegels throughout the day
1 day on, 1 day off.
I'm contemplating taking a week off after my routine tomorrow, to give my member a nice prolonged rest after a month of good work. Smart idea perhaps?

... I know I'm only slightly above average and that I ain't no porn star, and I know it's probably because she hasn't been with a ton of guys (something that I actually dig and find respectable), but it definitely feels pretty damn good to hear from a girl that you're big on her standards, or the longest she's been with, etc.
... A real bummer for multiple reasons, including both the mental/emotional side as well as the physical side. I'll keep the mushy stuff to myself... but to bring it back to the context of PE, I'm interested to see how my unit responds in the next few weeks to the decreased exposure to "positive sexual activity" that I've been fortunate enough to experience for the past couple of weeks.
