    Usual routine of stretching and jelqs, felt awesome! One of my best yet. I say this because each exercise felt effective while my unit felt cooperative, I certainly felt that "good fatigue" I always talk about. I also managed to get pretty good EQ of about 90-95% afterwards to edge for 30-40 mins. No ejaculation either... this made me feel like a champ. This workout occurred directly before bed, and I realize that this time seems to work really well for me and yield great workouts- super relaxed and unwinding in my room, quiet house at this time, near impossible chance of anyone walking in on me, and I get to go to bed and rest my unit immediately after. I think I might try to start to make night workouts a regular thing for me... which I think will also be a great way to PE at the same time every session. My school semester is also about to start, so it makes perfect sense as well.

    Was supposed to workout when I got home at night, but ended up staying out far later than expected. The determined side of me would have stayed up the extra hour (the whole PE process for me ends up being around 45-60 minutes), but another part of me just figured I'd get the rest and PE in the morning instead.

    Usual routine. Didn't feel 100% cooperation from my unit, not the greatest workout I've ever had, but wasn't bad. Of course, I tried to edge after and didn't have great EQ, ended up mentally giving in and just shooting a quick one off... oops, haha. I don't particularly like doing that after my workouts, but it happens haha. I'll continue to try not to.

    Rest day. I might do some non-ejaculation edging tonight before bed.

      Wow! Been awhile since I've posted. Well, I'm happy to say that my inactivity does not come alongside inactive PE. Still been doing my workouts over the past few months- with some week to two-week breaks here and there. Biggest change is that I've switched to 2-on and 1-off instead of 1/1. My unit can handle it now. I'm also using more force than before, as my unit can handle it.

      It's hard to say whether or not I've been as consistent as I would need to be to see intensive results. I've been consistent, making PE pretty regular, but every 4 weeks or so find myself having to take a few days to a week off. Hopefully that hasn't hindered gains. One of the big things I would like to change is my frequency of ejaculation after workouts- I find that my post-workout edging often leads to accidental ejaculation. Although the consensus is that this may or may not affect your gains, I really want to try to eliminate ejaculation after a workout and see if my gains improve.

      That being said, it's hard to judge because of measurement techniques, but I think I've increased in BPEL from 6.25 to 6.5. I know for a fact that I've increased in BPFSL to 6.75- a stretched measurement I've NEVER reached before. So something's gotta be working- slowly but surely.


      Looking forward to stepping up my exercise this new year. I don't mind if it takes me longer than the normal guy to gain, just gains at all would be nice! Anyway, the process is an enjoyable one, and for that, I am grateful!
