That's around 0.3" only in length which isn't much but it's not so easy these days!

I registered today because I wanted to be part of this challenge. I thought it would give me motivation to do things better.

Addded...be sure to check out the beginner section of this forum and read read read. A good starting place is the JP90 program to condition your unit. Also, I want you to go to the measuring section of this forum and research how to measure correctly. I then want you to remeasure just to confirm you measurement. I cant stress enough how important the first measurement is in PE. It is what you base all gains off of. If the measurement has changed, just send me another reply with new measurements. I too did a little bit of PE a few years ago. Only did a month however. This time around I am going to be more persistent and long term
I am fairly confident with my measurements. I am also a few days into the JP90 programme and also have clocked up 39hours of extending, so whatever my measurements are now would definitely be different to my original base measurements from 9 days ago.BPEL: (17/07/2013) 6.88 +0.13 [7.01] --> 8.5
MEG: (17/07/2013) 4.63 +0.49 [5.12] --> 6.5

hey Bnip, can you please adjust my starting BPEL to 7.0, and my starting MEG to 5.0 also, I have already gained 0.25 in BPEL.Start ~ March 2013: BPEL: 7" x 4.75
May 2016: BPEL: 7.5 x 5.00
Goal: First get to 8" BPEL and then work on girth as much as possible. Not too attached to the number but more with the journey.

Great thread, I want to join! Started JP90 2 weeks back, need to keep reading this forum and keep my motivation alive!
23 years old, regular gym workouts, eat clean, JP90 and L-arginin and multi vits.
Starting stats -
BPEL 6.2 ----- 7.0 (goal)
MEG - 5.0 ---- 5.5 (goal)
wish me luck, want to complete by end of 2013!

Okay guys, first month out of the six is almost up.
Hope everyone is doing great, and don't forget to chime in if you have made in progress so far.
I'll be posting mine in approx. 4-5 days from now. Need to get those rest days first, but things seems to be going great for me
