  • Both of you were added. If you don't have a log, I suggest that you create one. It helps so much. First, I would read other member's logs to get an idea about what to write. I attempted a log once and was lost so I stopped. I then read other logs and now I write whatever I want. It's great!

    • Stil no gaines. I started on 4-3-2012. I wanted so bad my unit to grow. I think I tried to hard and overtrained.
      I read a lot on this forum and think it's great. From this month on I am doing a much lighter sceduale with a lighter grip.
      Hopefully this gonna work. (Sorry for my bad english)

        • I measured myself hard at 16.7cm recently, that was my personal Hardon from Hell, I'd like to achieve that as my normal.

          So my goal ….

          BPEL 16.7cm
          FG 13cm

            Consistent.....if you mean if I ever stopt in these 15 months, yes, never stopt
            Consistent.... conserning my routines. yes and no. I think I wanted it to bad so I trained to hard.
            I started with the newbie routine. looking back to long and sometimes twice a day.
            Then I bought teh Bibhanger and did hanging at the same time.
            I stopped with hanging because I didn't got a hard one ore had difficulty getting one.
            April this year i started with the JP's 90 routine. I think I strech to hard and with the Jeging I squeeze to hard.
            With Jelging is also hard to maintain erection leffels. So now I began with Nacho's 87 routine with light streches and a light grip with jelging. Hopefully this will work.

            • Hi, I am new to pe but want to see if I can reach my 6 month goal. I started 7/8/2013, I am 6.325 long and 4.5 girth. Hopefully by 7/2/2014 I will be up to 7.5 long and 5 girth. Is this being overly ambitious? I will try anyway and keep you posted if I am anywhere near that goal in a few months.

                Sounds like you were consistent...and it also sound like you trained too hard. I would be very interested to see how you do this time around with a less intensive program.

                • My progress has pretty much halted over the last couple of months - If I don't make any gains on my current program at the end of the 8 week cycle (including 1 week rest at the end), I might have to rethink my program.

                  Still, I'm pretty happy with the size of my unit, and as long as I can maintain a good EQ and last for as long as I like, then there isn't really any problem.

                  But for all the time and effort I am putting in, I still want to see something at the end of the day.

                  I really don't need much more to be at my perfect penis (~0.5-1" more length and ~0.5" more girth) and I'm sure if I keep training and monitoring my body closely, I will be able to achieve my goals.
                  BPEL: 6.25, 6.375, 6.5, 6.625, 6.75, 6.875, 7, 7.125, 7.25, 7.375, 7.5, 7.675, 7.75, 7.875, 8, 8.125, 8.25, 8.375, 8.5
                  MSEG: 5.125, 5.25, 5.375, 5.5, 5.625, 5.75

                  • It is difficult to overcome a plateau...I would finish the routine like you said and then evaluate a new strategy. It could be something simple or something difficult. Dont stop and keep us updated.

                      I think an error occurred in transposing the figures, the 11,5cm should be 15,9cm. I'm chuffed though you think me capable of a 5cm increase

                        • You got my gains wrong Bnip! Its 2mm (or 0.2cm) not 0.2mm. Small thing but still...
                          I fear i will not gain anything in next month measure because i had so bad EQ week last week. Still hoping for the best and half month till next figures.

                            One month of my PE journey is now complete and my gains have been very satisfactory

                            Initial Measurements:

                            BPEL: 6.75 inch
                            MSEG: 5.25 inch

                            Current Measurements:
                            BPEL: 7.125 inch
                            MSEG: 5.3 inch
                            Aiming for a bigger, healthier willy!
